Let Love Bloom!

Today we are sharing an adorable card by Diane that combines love and spring themes together! 

To create this cute card she started by stamping the sweet birdhouse image from our Birdhouse Greetings Stamp Set. She colored the image in fun bright colors and also colored a few extra butterflies. The images were cut out using the coordinating Birdhouse Greetings Die Set and she layered them onto a vellum oval that was cut out using our Oval Frames Die Set. 

For the background she chose the pretty patterened paper filled with love letters from our Love & Meows Paper Pad. The paper matches the red birdhouse perfectly! Then she finished out her card by choosing the sentiment "Let love bloom" from our Heartfelt Roses Stamp Set. She embossed the sentient in white onto red cardstock and cut it out using the Banner Trio Die Set. What a perfect combination! 

This fun creation would be perfect to send as a Valentine but would also work perfectly for celebrating the love of spring! Such a fun combination of products!

Happy Birthday Butterflies Card by Zsofia Molnar

Birthday Butterflies!

Today we are sharing a gorgeous birthday wish by Zsofia, filled with butterflies!

For this card she started by creating that beautiful background using our Butterflies Stencil Set. This set includes two layers so she created the the bold butterfly bodies with the lighter ink shades and then layered on the butterfly details with the second layer and darker inks. So lovely!  She also added tiny black paint spatters for added texture. When all the inking was done she used our Frames & Flags Die Set to cut out the panel. 

To make this fun pattern into a birthday card she stamped the "happy birthday" sentiment in black using our Birthday Essentials Stamp Set. Then she added a second message from our Birdhouse Greetings Stamp Set, embossing it in white onto a small navy blue rectangle. She also added shiny clear embellishment dots to the butterfly centers for an added detail.

Birdie Birthday Card by Farhana Sarker

Bird Birthday!

Today we're sharing an tweet bird themed Birthday card by Farhana.

For this card Farhana features the adorable birdhouse image from our Birdhouse Greetings Stamp Set. She colored the image in soft spring pastels and cut it out with the coordinating Birdhouse Greetings Die Set. She also stamped a few of the tiny butterfly images, also from the Birdhouse Greetings Stamp Set and cut them out to cluster around her birdhouse. 

To create her card she started with a white card base and added clouds over the front panel using our Petite Clouds Stencil and dry embossing it using her die cutting machine.  Then she added the sentiments on each side of the birdhouse image, stamping each onto onto a flag that was cut out using our Frames & Flags Die Set. She also used blue ink to color the flags. 

What a simple, yet stunning birthday greeting!

A Little Birdie Told Me...Card by Farhana Sarker

...It's Your Birthday!

Today we're sharing an adorable bird themed Birthday card by Farhana.

This card uses our Birdhouse Line Stencil to create a  bird themed birthday wish! This stencil has three rows of images that you ink up in different colors. You can easily align the rows on the stencil using the etching. For her card Farhana colored the row of birdhouse tops using bright pastel inks. She inked the row with the roofs and birdhouse poles using brown and then added the third row, which includes the birds and the holes in the fronts, in black. What a fun combo! 

She next added the messages from our Birdhouse Greetings Stamp Set. She stamped them on each side of the row using black ink. She cut the whole panel out using our Slimline Frames & Portholes Die Set to give it a petite scalloped edge. 

Last, she used piece of floral paper from our Springtime Paper Pad, also cutting it with the Slimline Frames & Portholes Die Set to give it the same scalloped edge and layered it behind the birdhouse panel.

Happy Hello Card by Maria Russell

A Happy Hello!

Today we are PAW-sing to share a happy greeting by Maria! 

This sweet creation combines our new Birdhouse Greetings Stamp Set with the adorable kitten from our Smitten Kitten Stamp Set. She stamped and colored both the images with alcohol markers, adding little dot patterns to the kitties fur and white gel pen accents to both images to give them beautiful details! She cut the images out with the coordinating Birdhouse Greetings Die Set and Smitten Kitten Die Set. Here's a close up so you can see the gorgeous coloring:

For the card background she ink blended the sky using distress inks in several colors and then added white and colored paint splatters for a fun bit of texture. The sentiment from the Smitten Kitten Stamp Set was stamped into the sky and is purr-fect for wishing someone a happy day! The finishing element to scene is an edge of grass that was cut out using our Land Borders Die Set from some green flocked paper for another bit of texture! So amazing!
