Llama Birthday Fun Card by Samantha Mann

Llama Birthday Fun!

Need a card for an upcoming Birthday?  This fun card by Samantha is sure to send a birthday smile! 

She started out by creating the beautiful background panel. She first cut out a long scallop edged fram using our Slimline Frames & Portholes Die Set. She then added layers of hills to the lower half of of the panel using our Hills & Grass Stencil with green distress ink. She added blue ink to the top for a sky and  mounted the panel on a white cardstock base. 

Next she colored stamped two llamas using our Loveable Llamas Stamp Set. She colored them in neutral colors, adding fun pink cheeks and white dots to their bodies for a fun detail. She also stamped and colored the blankets for their backs and a stack of gifts from the same Loveable Llamas Stamp Set. She cut all these images out using the coordinating Loveable Llamas Die Set. She also added a bundle of balloons, stamped from our Cycling Friends Stamp Set and a birthday hat from our Newton's Cupcake Stamp Set.

Last, she added the sentiment, mixing stamped words from our Loveable Llamas Stamp Set with cut out letters using our Essential Alphabet Die Set. What a fun way to make a customized message!

Mushroom Themed Graduation Card by Samantha Mann

Mushroom Fun for Graduation!

Samantha is enjoying has created a funny graduation card featuring our Fabulous Fungus Stamp Set! This card is sure to get a giggle!

For this fun creation she started by coloring a bunch of mushrooms from our Fabulous Fungus Stamp Set. She colored the mushrooms in a rainbow of fun bright colors. Then she added accents with a white gel pen. She cut them all out using the coordinating Fabulous Fungus Die Set.  She also stamped and colored some green branches to add on using our Succulent Garden Stamp Set and cut them out using the

Succulent Garden Die Set. 

To make this into a graduation card she also stamped and colored graduation hats using our Newton's Graduation Stamp Set. She cut them out using the coordinating Newton's Graduation Die Set and then added them onto the mushrooms! So fun!

For her card she used our Frames & Tags Die Set to create a fun framed background panel. She added bright purple ink to the interior cuts and then arranged the mushrooms around the edges. For the fun sentiment she used letters from our Essential Alphabet Die Set combined with the word "shiitake" from the Fabulous Fungus Stamp Set. She also added "congratulations" from the Newton's Graduation Stamp Set onto a banner cut out from our A7 Frames & Banners Die Set. 

What a fun and unique card! I'm sure it will make the graduate smile!

Just Wing It! Butterfly Card by Samantha Mann

Just Wing It!

Samantha is enjoying playing with our Monarchs Stamp Set and has created another amazing card to share today! 

To create this gorgeous card she started by using our Tropical Leaves Stencil transfer gel on a dark blue cardstock background. Then she applied three colors of flock to create fun fuzzy leaves. She then used our 

Essential Alphabet Die Set to cut out the words "Just Wing It" from the background panel and mounted it onto a white card base so the white showed through behind the letter cut outs! Stunning! 

Next, she used our Monarchs Stamp Set and ctamped three butterflies. She colored their wings with reds, pinks and yellows and added white paint splatters. Then she cut the butterflies out using the coordinating Monarchs Die Set. She used the same die set again, this time cutting the shapes out with vellum. She then used her sewing machine to stitch the vellum wings over the stamped butterflies.

Isn't this card just stunning!? The mixes of textures really make this creation unique and the added dimension gives it a special finishing touch!

Hogs & Kisses Card by Samantha Mann

Hogs & Kisses!

Today we are starting out a new year of projects with an adorable pig card created by Samantha!

To create this whimsical card she stamped the fun little piggies from our Oink Stamp Set and colored them with watercolor marker, giving them fun spots and pink cheeks! She also used a white gel pen to add little accents. She cut the pigs out using the coordinating Oink Die Set. 

For her card she created a grassy landscape using our Hills & Grass Stencil with distress inks. She added water splatters for a bit of texture. Then she used our Essential Alphabet Die Set to cut out the custom sentiment "hogs & kisses" and layered black cardstock behind it to make it pop! 

What a fun way to add a big bold message to your card!  She added the pigs around the letters, adhering them with a bit of three dimensional tape. So cute!

Warm Wishes Mug Card by Tatiana Trafimovich

Mugs and Warm Wishes!

Today we are sharing a beautiful card by Tatiana that is filled with mugs of warm wishes!

This fun card features the adorable little mugs from our Coffee Silhouettes Die Set. Tatiana cut them out in a rainbow of cozy colors and arranged them in different directions across her card. She cut out the whipped cream toppings and steam, also from the Coffee Silhouettes Die Set and added little snowflakes using our Snow Globe Shaker Die Set.

The message "Warm Wishes" was added by cutting out the letters using our Essential Alphabet Die Set. 

This beautiful card would be wonderful to send as a Holiday greeting or just to send a happy hello in the during cold weather.

Birthday Barks Bookmark by Amanda Wilcox

Birthday Bookmark!

Today we are featuring a a fun birthday themed bookmark by Amanda that is perfect for a dog lover!

To create this fun bookmark she used our Bookmark Die Set to cut out the fun bookmark shape. She added a stripe of fun foiled paw prints to the the bookmark using our Paw Prints Hot Foil Plate with silver foil! So fun! 

To decorate the bookmark she used the cute image of pups from the Birthday Barks Stamp Set. This image is sized to fit perfectly on the bookmark! She colored it in fun bright colors using copic markers and cut it out using the coordinating Birthday Barks Die Set to add it to her card. She also stamped the sentiment, "Bark for another Birthday" from the Birthday Barks Stamp Set, cutting it out using a banner shape from our A7 Frames & Banners Die Set and tucked it behind the top of the dog image. 

To add some special personalization to her bookmark, Amanda added the recipients name! She cut  out another bookmark using our Bookmark Die Set. Then she cut out the letters to spell the name using our Essential Alphabet Die Set and adhered them to the bookmark. To make this bookmark shorter she used one of the edge dies from our Fancy Edges Tag Die Set to add the decorative edge to the bookmark. Then she adhered the two bookmarks together with some ribbons! So fun!

We love how this turned out! What a great way to customize a project and make the recipient feel special!

Have a Blast Card by Samantha Mann

BEEP! BOOP! 

Today Samantha is back and having a BLAST featuring our featuring rainbow robots and fireworks for an amazing celebratory card! 

She starts out by stamping the robot, robot dog and robot cat from our Love Bots Stamp Set! She colors them in metallic grays and adds rainbow colors to each of them to add a bit of fun and whimsy! She also adds pink cheeks and white gel pen accents for finishing touches to her coloring! She cuts the images out using the coordinating Love Bots Die Set.

For the card background she creates rainbow sky filled with fireworks using our Fireworks Stencil. On top of the rainbow colors she adds a bit of sparkle using sparkly texture paste over the middles of each firework burst. Then she uses our Essential Alphabet Die Set to cut out the words "Beep Boop" from the center of the panel. She also embosses the words "Have a" and "blast" from our Newton's 4th of July Stamp Set onto black cardstock. She stacks the words above and below the die cut letters to create a fun custom sentiment.  What an amazing idea!

You're Paw-some Card by Samantha Mann

BUTT really... 

Today's paw-some corgi card by Samantha is sure to make you giggle! 

This hilarious card features the cute corgis with their butts facing us from our Corgi Beach Stamp Set. She stamped and colored three of them, giving them cute pink cheeks and adding accents with a white gel pen. She cut the corgis out using the coordinating Corgi Beach Die Set. 

These fun corgis go perfectly with the custom sentiment she created. She inked up a gorgeous green background using distress inks. Then she used our Essential Alphabet Die Set to cut letters out of the background to spell "BUTT REALLY" and added black cardstock behind the cut outs to make them pop. Then she added the sentiment "you're paw-some" from our Heartfelt Woofs Stamp Set underneath the big words to complete the funny message. She embossed the sentiment in white onto a black banner that was die cut using our Banner Trio Die Set. This fun banner has fold lines that allow you to pop the banner up for some extra fun and dimension too. 

To finish out her adorable card, she stamped a few dog themed elements from our Welcome New Dog Stamp Set to add to the fun puppy theme. She used the leash, dog dish, bone and tennis ball and colored them all using fun bright colors. Then she used the Welcome New Dog Die Set to cut them out and added everything to her card front. 

We know that the recipient of this card will definitely crack a smile when they receive it!

Birthday Card and Bookmark for a Dog Lover by Zsofia Molnar

Birthday Card and Bookmark for a Dog Lover!

Today we are sharing an adorable birthday creation by Zsofia that is perfect for a dog lover!

For this fun card, she knew her card recipient loved dogs so she created a custom dog themed greeting.  She started by die cutting the dachshund silhouette using our Dog Silhouettes Die Set. She then cut out a tag using our Fancy Edges Tag Die Set. This fun tag die set includes options to create borders and pieces to go around the hole of the tag and she added those fun elements, using the dog themed paper for the top border from our A Dog's Life Paper Pad. So fun! 

She added the dog onto the tag, pairing him with some balloons cut out of glittery papers. She layered it over a fun red balloon background paper that was cut out from our Birthday Party Paper Pad using our Frames & Flags Die Set. She also used the Frames & Flags Die Set to cut out a little blue banner and added the "Happy Birthday" onto the banner using a sentiment stamp from our Birthday Oval Stamp Set.

To make this project even more fun, she created a coordinating bookmark for the recipient. She cut out the bookmark and paw print using our Bookmark Die Set. Then she added on the same dachshund die cut from our Dog Silhouettes Die Set and cut out letters to spell a name using our Essential Alphabet Die Set.

The opposite side of the bookmark features a fun dachshund themed paper pattern to match, also from our A Dog's Life Paper Pad. What a fun project!

Treat Yo' Self Card by Samantha Mann

Treat Yo'Self! 

Do you love ice cream as much as we do? A fun ice cream cone is one of our favorite things about summer. Today we have a fun ice cream card to share from  Samantha that will remind you to treat yo' self! 

For this adorable card she features the pup who is licking a dropped ice cream cone from our  Dog Days of Summer Stamp Set. That pup is definitely making the best of the situation! 

Next, she created a fun background by randomly stamping ice cream treats using our Summer Scoops Stamp Set in a light gray ink. She added some matching ink splatters too, adding to the fun! She then used our Essential Alphabet Die Set to cut out the letters to spell out "treat yo' self" from the stamped panel. She layered the panel with the cut out letters over a fun pink ombré inked background tO really makes the letters pop! And it matches the ice cream too!
