Shaker Card Duo by Ellen Haxelmans

Shaker Card Duo!

Today we are sharing a duo of Holiday shaker cards by Ellen!

To create this duo of shakers she used both our Ornament Shaker Die Set and Snow Globe Shaker Die Set. She cut the shapes out in fun bright pastels and made them into shakers filled with glittery sparkle. She added the words joy and wish to the fronts of the shakers along with some snowflake shapes, all die cut using the extra shapes from the Snow Globe Shaker Die Set. She also adds a bow to the front of the snow globe, die cut using our Pines & Holly Die Set.  

In the background of each shaker she adds more sparkle by using our Confetti Hot Foil Plate to foil silver confetti! For more fun, she covers each of the card bases with patterened paper using our  Love & Chocolate Paper Pad!

What a gorgeous set of cards, filled with fun pops of color and sparkle!

Light Up the Holidays Card by Samantha Mann

Light Up the Holidays!

Today we are sharing a gorgeous holiday card created by Samantha!

To create this lovely card she stamped a bunch of Christmas light bulbs using our Holiday Lights Stamp Set. She colored them in soft neutral tones, with just a hint of yellow to give them a glowing look. She also added glitter on top to give them some fun sparkle. The bulbs were all cut out using the coordinating 

Holiday Lights Die Set.

Next, she die cut a lots of branches using our Pines & Holly Die Set from a paper that had been inked up in shades of green to give them a fun dimension. For her card base she inked up the top and side with more green, fading to white on the right side. Then she layered all those fun branches over the top, adding splatters of green and white.  She then added the lights, tucking some of them behind the branches. It's almost as if you are looking through the branches of your Christmas tree! 

The finishing touch is the sentiment "Light up the holidays" stamped from the Holiday Lights Stamp Set.

Happy Holidays by Tatiana Trafimovich

Happy Holidays!

Tatiana created this card today, using colorful die cuts for the holidays!

To create this card she used die cuts almost exclusively. She started with our Pines & Holly Die Set and cut out all the amazing holiday foliage shapes from white bristol paper. She then used watercolor markers to add color to all the pieces for that amazing watercolor look. She arranged all the little elements around the edge of a card front panel, trimming off the edges to match the card edges. She splattered the whole piece with white and black ink to add to the painterly feeling. 

For the sentiment in the card center, she die cut out the word "holidays" from our Holiday Greetings Die Set, using gold foiled paper. Then she added the little word "happy" above it, stamped and embossed using the word stamp from our Cycling Friends Stamp Set.

Always on my Nice List Card by Samantha Mann

ALWAYS on My Nice List!

Know someone who is ALWAYS on the nice list? This card by Samantha is perfect for sending holiday wishes to all your favorite people.

For this beautiful card she started by creating a snowy background over her white card base by using our Snowfall Stenciln with a glittery paste. 

For the star of the card, she  colored the adorable Santa reading his list from our Dear Santa Stamp Set. Isn't it adorable how she made the Santa suit a fun shade of pink instead of the traditional red? She cut the image out using the coordinating Dear Santa Die Set. She layered Santa onto her card with a wreath that was created by cutting out lots of branches using our Pines & Holly Die Set. She added the branches to her card a circle shape with a sewing machine! So cool! Santa appears on one side of the wreath and the message "You're always on my nice list!" is on the other side. The message was embossed onto a vellum banner that was die cut using our Banner Trio Die Set.

Fa-La-La-La Llama Card by Amanda Wilcox

Holiday Llama Card

This holiday card by Amanda will get you in the mood to sing Christmas tunes! 

To create this adorable card she features the image of the holiday llama from our Llama Delivery Stamp Set. She colored the llama in soft holiday colors and added fun accents using a white gel pen. The image was cut out using the coordinating Llama Delivery Die Set. 

Next, she created a fun wreath to surround the llama. For the wreath base she cut out a circle using our Circle Frames Die Set from kraft colored paper. She added music notes to the circle using our Music Stencil. Then she cut out lots of branches in using two shades of green paper with our Pines & Holly Die Set and adhered them all around the edge of the circle to create a wreath shape. She also cut out the bow and pinecones using the same Pines & Holly Die Set and placed them onto the wreath as well. 

She tucked that cute llama into the wreath and added the "Fa-la-la-la-llama" words stamped onto a speech bubble above his head. The speech bubble was cut out using our Speech Bubbles Die Set. So cute! 

This whole wreath was then layered over a teal and blue inked card base. Some paint splatters add a fun and creative detail to the background too!

Squeak-sons Greetings Holiday Mouse card by Maria Russell

Peace & Joy

Today Maria has created an adorable mouse themed slimline card that is filled with holiday fun!

Maria stamped the adorable trio of mice on this card using our  Naughty or Mice Stamp Set. She colored them using a vibrant holiday color palette filled with teals and reds. The images were cut out using the coordinating Naughty or Mice Die Set.

For her card base, she created a fun slimline layout. She cut a white scallop edged layer using our Slimline Frames & Portholes Die Set for the base and layered the long red frame with three windows from our Slimline Frames & Windows Die Set over the top. Inside each window she created a little scene by ink blending a sky in a different colors and layering a white snow over the top. The snowy hills were cut out using our Land Borders Die Set and she added starry details to the sky with a white gel pen. 

For a finishing touch she added a glittery red bow to the top, cut out using the bow from our Pines & Holly Die Set. She also added the sentiment "SQUEAK-sons greetings!" embossed in white on to a piece of black card stock and cut out by hand.

Bow-wows of Holly Card by Tina Herbeck

Bow-Wows of Holly!

The adorable pups on this card by Tina are ready to help you deck the halls this season!

Tina stamped this adorable doggie duo from our Wreath Pups Stamp Set. She colored the pups in neutral browns and then added gorgeous pops of holiday color on the wreath! Isn't that gold ribbon amazing!?

She cut the image out using the coordinating Wreath Pups Die Set and mounted it onto a stitched edge rectangle that was cut out using our Frames & Flags Die Set. She added the sentiment below the image, also stamped from the Wreath Pups Stamp Set. 

For the card base she used a piece of plaid patterned paper from the Christmas Time Paper Pad.  She also added a garnish of pinecones and pine boughs to the corner of the rectangle using our Pines & Holly Die Set to cut them out from gorgeous glittery paper!

Mini Summer Envelopes by Ellen Haxelmans

 

Mini Envelopes for Summer!

Today Ellen is sharing how she decorated some mini envelopes with a summer theme! Perfect for tucking a little note into a loved one's lunch box or bag! 

Here's a look at the first envelope:

For this one she used the kitty from our Kitten Beach Stamp Set. Isn't the kitty so cute lounging in the beach chair? She colored the image with copic markers, adding speckles to the fur for texture and cut it out using the coordinating Kitten Beach Die Set. For the background she cut a piece of patterned paper using our Summertime Paper Pad and layered the "hello summer" sentiment from our Flamingo Oval Stamp Set on top, embossing it onto a ticket shape that was cut out using our Framework Die Set. 

She also added little die cut heart on the envelope flap using a heart from our Heart Frames Die Set. 

Here is a the second envelope:

For this adorable beach design she used our beach design she features the car carrying a surfboard from our Beach Bound Stamp Set. She colored the image and cut it out using the coordinating Beach Bound Die Set. For the green striped background she again used a piece of paper from our Summertime Paper Pad, cut to fit on the envelope. Then she added a yellow banner (cut out using our Frames & Flags Die Set) and a scalloped square (cut out using our Slimline Frames & Windows Die Set). The surf's up" sentiment is from the Beach Bound Stamp Set. 

She also added little die cut detail on the envelope flap using a bow from our Pines & Holly Die Set.

Time Fur Presents Meow Card by Maria Russell

Kitty Stocking Card!

It's almost time "fur" presents! Today we have and adorable kitty themed holiday card by Maria that is sure to make you smile! 

This card features that cute kitty in the stocking from our Newton's Stocking Stamp Set. Maria stamped the kitty in the stocking and some extra gifts and cut them out using the coordinating Newton's Stocking Die Set. She colored the images, giving the kitty fun fur stripes and adding glitter to the hat and stocking. She also stamped the image a second time onto the red zig zag patterned paper from our Meowy Christmas Paper Pad and fussy cut out the hat and stocking, layering them over her colored image to give a fun patterned appearance.  The sentiment "Time fur presents meow!" was then embossed in white onto black paper and layered over the stocking front. 

For the card base, she used a kraft colored paper and added a the argyle pattern using our two piece Argyle Stencil Set. This two piece set is perfect for making two color patterns but for this card Maria used white on both layers, which also looks really cool! She also added some fun holly to the side of the stocking, cutting out the holly leaves using our Pines & Holly Die Set from sparkly white paper! 

Don't you just love all the different tones of white and sparkle? What a fun way to add some frosty fun to a holiday card!

Santa Paws is Coming Card by Tina Herbeck

Kitty Themed Christmas Card!

Today Tina has created a lovely kitty themed Christmas card that is purr-fect for any cat lover!

For this fun card she started with the image of the kitty peeking out of the stocking from the Newton's Stocking Stamp Set. She colored the image in traditional holiday reds and added fun fur patterns to the gray kitty! Then she stamped the "Santa Paws is coming" sentiment onto the front of the stocking! So cute! The image was cut out using the coordinating Newton's Stocking Die Set.

For her card base she layered two of the patterned papers from our new Meowy Christmas Paper Pad. In the back she used a two toned green stripe. In front of that she used our fun paw print pattern, cutting it out into a scalloped rectangle using our Frames & Flags Die Set. In the center she layered a big circle that was cut out using our Circle Frames Die Set. She added a little bit of blue the the circle center and layered that fun kitty image on top! 

In the upper left corner she added a fun shiny red bow and some branches that were die cut out using our Pines & Holly Die Set. And the final touch is the "Merry Christmas" sentiment from the Heartfelt Holidays Stamp Set. She embossed it in white onto a black banner that was cut out using our Banner Trio Die Set. What a fun and festive card!

Heartfelt Holidays Card and Tag Set by Zsofia Molnar

Holiday Hearts!

Zsofia has created a gorgeous card with matching tags today featuring our new Heartfelt Holidays Stamp Set. It's super fun to see how you can create coordinating projects using the same stamp set!

For all three projects she stamped and embossed the large holiday heart from the Heartfelt Holidays Stamp Set  in white onto a kraft colored cardstock. She then cut the die hearts out using the scallop edged heart die from the Heart Frames Die Set. 

For the lovely card, she die cut a red bow and some green evergreen boughs using our Pines & Holly Die Set and adhered them tot he top of the heart. Then she used our Banner Trio Die Set to cut out a red banner to hold the sentiment "Be Merry." That red banner really pops off the kraft paper! For the card base she added a soft pattern of foilage using our  Holiday Foliage Stencil and laiyered the heart on top. A bit of red and white twine adds the finishing touch. 

For her gift tags, she used the other two hearts, also adding red banners to them that were die cut using our Banner Trio Die Set. On the tags she used the "Merry Christmas" sentiment. Then She added an eyelet to create a hole to hold the red and white twine to make these into tags! So pretty!

A Christmas Hello Card by Samantha Mann

A Christmas Kitten!

Ready for a sweet Christmas hello? This adorable kitten card by Samantha is sure get you in the mood for some holiday cheer!

This adorable holiday creation features the sweet kitten wearing a Santa hat from our A Kitten Christmas Stamp Set. She colored the image in neutral colors, adding pink to the kitty cheeks! The image was cut out using the coordinating A Kitten Christmas Die Set. 

For her card base, she used the argyle patterned paper from our new Meowy Christmas Paper Pad to cover the card front. She used out Heart Frames Die Set to cut a heart out of it to leave a white heart behind the kitty. What a great way to make the image pop! She also added some distress ink and white paint splatters over the paper to add more fun dimension to her card. 

For the sentiment, she used "A Christmas Hello" embossed in white onto a black banner that was die cut using our Banner Trio Die Set. The finishing touch is some die cut holly and berries that were created with our Pines & Holly Die Set.

Christmas Gift Tag by Maria Russell

Holiday Cheers!

Have you started to think about holiday gifts? Today we have inspiration from Maria on how to dress up a gift of a bottle of wine to make it feel special!

To dress up this holiday bottle, Maria created a custom gift tag using our brand new holiday products. She started out by cutting a long rectangle from red cardstock. She added a fold line to create a tag that folds into two sections with the top section fitting over the top of the bottle.  She rounded all the corner s and then added patterned paper from our new Meowy Christmas Paper Pad onto both sections, also rounding the corners.  On the top section she cut out a circle so that the tag would fit over the bottle. On the bottom section she added that cute kitty peeking out of the stocking from our Newton's Stocking Stamp Set!

She colored the image, making the kitty orange and the hat a fun vibrant blue. Then she cut the image out using the coordinating Newton's Stocking Die Set. She also stamped the image again onto the red and white striped paper from the Meowy Christmas Paper Pad and fussy cut out the stocking bottom, layering it over her first image to add some pattern to it! How fun! She also added some branches and a bow using our Pines & Holly Die Set and the "holiday cheers" sentiment onto the stocking front using our Christmas Cocktails Stamp Set! What a fun and festive way to dress up a holiday gift!
