Ink Blending for St. Patrick's Day!

This sweet card by Farhana features a puppy theme with a rainbow,  perfect for St. Patrick's Day! 

For her card front she started with a white card base and masked off the bottom. On the top she used our Petite Paw Prints Stencil along with a rainbow of ink colors to create a rainbow of paw prints! 

Next, she stamped and colored the puppy holding the four leaf clover from our Lucky Dog Stamp Set. She also stamped and colored the top hat from the same set. She die cut both images using the coordinating Lucky Dog Die Set. She layered the hat onto the puppies head and added him onto her card in front of the rainbow. 

Here are the copic marker colors she used: 

For the St. Patrick's Day message she used the sentiment from our Newton's Lucky Clover Stamp Set, stamped in black below the rainbow. 

This adorable card would be perfect to send to a dog lover for  St. Patrick's Day!

Lucky Dog Card by Amanda Wilcox

Lucky Dog!

Today we are sharing an adorable dog themed card by Amanda.

This fun card features the puppy holding a four leaf clover from our Lucky Dog Stamp Set. She colored the image in neutral colors and added the fun pop of green on the clover. She also added sparkle to the clover and gloss to the nose on the dog. So cute! She cut this image out along with the little hearts using the coordinating Lucky Dog Die Set. 

For her card, she ink blended two background shapes. She used our Basketweave Stencil with brown ink on brown paper. She also added gold paint splatters to the brown paper and cut it out into a heart shape using our Heart Frames Die Set. For the second pattern she used our Petite Hearts Stencil with pale pink ink on a light pink paper. She cut the heart pattern out using the stitched square die from our Frames Squared Die Set. She also cut out a black decorative square shape using the Frames Squared Die Set. She layered all of the die cut shapes and added the puppy to the front. She also added the message "lucky dog" onto a small circle shape that was cut out using the Frames Squared Die Set.

This is such a fun and unique card layout, don't you think? All the layers and patterns really add so much interest and detail!

Happy St. Patrick's Day Card by Larissa Heskett

A Rainbow of Shamrocks for St. Patricks Day!

Today we are sharing a rainbow of fun on this St. Patrick's Day card by Larissa!

To create this card she began by creating a rainbow of shamrocks using our Shamrocks Hot Foil Plate with some rainbow colored foil in her hot foiling machine. 

 

She added some black paint splatters over the top of the background to give it a bit of fun and texture. Then she layered it over patterned paper with green polka dots to add the the St. Patrick's Day theme. The green polka dot paper is from our Christmas Time Paper Pad and she cut it out using our Frames & Flags Die Set to give it a fun scalloped edge.

For the sentiment she used "Happy St. Patrick's Day" from the Lucky Dog Stamp Set. She embossed the message onto a circle from our Circle Frames Die Set and framed it with a second black circle to help it pop off the card! A few sparkly gems give the card the perfect finishing touch!

What a perfect way to send a colorful St. Patrick's Day greeting!
