Bee-utiful Day Card by Diane Morales

It's a BEE-utiful Day!

Spring is the perfect time to send someone wishes for a BEE-utiful day! Today we are sharing a card by Diane that combines our Hyacinth and Beekeeper Newton stamp sets for a charming spring scene. 

She started out by coloring the gorgeous blooms from our Hyacinth Stamp Set in shades of purple. Then she decided to combine the blooms with the cute kitty in the beekeeper outfit from our Beekeeper Newton Stamp Set. She colored the images of Newton, the beehive and lots of little bees to add to her scene. 

To create the scene she started with a blue card base and sprinkled it with light blue ink splatters. Then she cut out grassy hills to place along the bottom using one of the wave dies from our Sea Borders Die Set with green paper. She assembled the card pieces, layering the big Hyacinth blooms behind the hills. The big size of the blooms makes them look like flower filled spring trees behind the beekeeper! What a fun idea!

It's Happy Meowr Somewhere! Card by Diane Morales

Happy MEOWR with Newton!

Today we are headed out to the beach to share a fun drink with Newton on this fun summer card by Diane! 

For this card Diane features the cute image of the kitty with the fishbowl drink from our Newton's Happy Meowr Stamp Set. She colored the image in fun bright summer colors with alcohol markers and cut it out using the coordinating Newton's Happy Meowr Die Set. She also stamped and colored the fun little seashell images that are included in this set to add to her beach scene. 

To create a fun beach scene for Newton, She used our Sunscape Stencil with orange ink over a yellow cardstock panel to create a sunny sky. Then she used our Sea Borders Die Set to cut a curved border of sand to go across the bottom of her scene. She used our Frames Squared Die Set to create a scalloped square for her card base and cut the layers to fit onto the front. So fun! 

The finishing detail is the sentiment "It's happy MEOWR somewhere!" stamped onto a banner that was cut out using our Banner Duo Die Set.

Feline Frosty Card by Ellen Haxelmans

Feline Frosty!

Is it hot where you live today? Cool off with this snowy card by Ellen!

This fun card features the trio of kitties playing in the snow from our Newton's Snowman Stamp Set. She colored the image with alcohol markers and added tons of amazing details with dots and strips on the kitties fur. She cut the image out using the coordinating Newton's Snowman Die Set. 

For the scene she created an inky sky with distress inks and then cut the panel out using our Frames & Flags Die Set to give it a scalloped edge. She added black birch trees on each side using our Forest Scene Builder Die Set and snow across the card bottom using layers of white cut out with our Sea Borders Die Set and Land Borders Die Set. A few snowflakes in the sky were stamped on vellum to finish the fun snowy scene and she used our Speech Bubbles Die Set to hold the message "Feline frosty."

Vibrant Winter Scenes by Ellen Haxelmans

Vibrant Winter Scenes!

Today Ellen has created a duo of vibrant winter themed cards using sets from our Retirement Sale Category! There are several holiday and winter designs in our retiring sale that are only available while supplies last so it's a great time to get a jump start on your holiday cards for next year and receive a discount on the products!

Her first card features the snowboarding moose from our retiring Moose Mountain Stamp Set:

This card features a gorgeous orange and yellow background that was stenciled using inks with our Snowfall Stencil. She also used our Land Borders Die Set and Sea Borders Die Sets to cut white snow.  and added black tree silhouettes using our Forest Scene Builder Die Set. The whole scene was cut out with our Frames & Flags Die Set to give it a scalloped edge. 

Her second card features the sweet llama with gifts on his back from our retiring Llama Delivery Stamp Set:

For this card she created a square layout using our Frames Squared Die Set to create the layers. She added stars to the sky using our Cascading Stars Stencil. Stars and a cloud were die cut using our Sky Scene Builder Die Set. She also added snowy hills using our Land Borders Die Set and Sea Borders Die Sets.

• (Left photo above): I stamped the images using Llama Delivery Stamp Set and the Moose Mountain Stamp Set and colored them with copic markers. Colors listed below:

Sanding You a Sunny Smile Card by Farhana Sarker

Sandy Beach Smiles! 

Today we are headed to the beach again, this time with Farhana! 

This adorable beach scene features the kitty in the sandcastle from our Kitten Beach Stamp Set. Farhana stamped and colored the image in lovely neutral colors and cut it out using the coordinating Kitten Beach Die Set. 

Next, she created a summer beach scene for the kitty using our new Palm Tree Line Stencil over a blue inked background. She added some tiny clouds to the sky using our Petite Clouds Stencil. Some sand across the bottom using our Sea Borders Die Set completes the scene! 

The finishing touch is the sentiment from the Kitten Beach Stamp Set. She embossed the sentiment in white onto a black banner that was cut out using our Frames & Flags Die Set. 

This fun and sunny card would be perfect for send a happy hello to a friend this summer!

You are Claw-some Card by Amanda Wilcox

 

CLAW-some Summer Card!

Today we are headed to the beach with Amanda who created a CLAW-some summer card! 

This adorable card features the kitty with a sand bucket from our Kitten Beach Stamp Set. Amanda stamped and colored the image, adding fun speckle details to the sand in the pail and gorgeous fur patterns on the kitty. She also stamped and colored a bunch of small seashells from the same stamp. The images were cut out using the coordinating Kitten Beach Die Set. 

Next, she created an awesome scene by layering borders that were cut out using our Land Borders Die Set and Sea Borders Die Set. She colored these fun borders using distress inks and added paint splatters to give them that fun speckled distressed look! She layered them together, trimming them to make a scene that fit inside the scalloped square frame from our Frames Squared Die Set. Then she added the sentiment "You are claw-some" from the Kitten Beach Stamp Set onto a banner that was die cut using our Frames & Flags Die Set. Doesn't that go perfectly with the crab on the image!?

For her card base, she used our Seashells Stencil, inking it up with light teal and peach over a white background. So pretty! She layered her square scene onto the card and finished it off with some orange yarn. 

What a delightful summer creation! Who wants to head to the beach with me now!?

SEA you at the Beach Card by Maria Russell

SEA you at the Beach!

Today are heading to the beach with Maria on this gorgeous summer card!  

To create this amazing scene, Maria combing a bunch of our scene building products! She started by stenciling a sun using our Sunscape Stencil. Then she cut out the stenciled image using our Oval Frames Die Set to create a fun oval shaped scene. To add to the scene she cut out two layers of waves using our Sea Borders Die Set. She cut these out a second time using the  Oval Frames Die Set so they could nest along the bottom of the oval scene. so cool! 

This scene is the perfect setting for the girl carrying a seashell from our Summer Moments Stamp Set. She stamped and colored the image, giving the girl a yellow sundress to match the sunset. The image was cut out using the Summer Moments Die Set and placed in front of the sunny yellow scene. 

She also created a sandy shore for the girl to walk across using our Land Borders Die Set. She added to the sandy effect by coloring the sand with lots of speckles. The whole scene is framed with a scalloped edge that was die cut using our Frames & Flags Die Set.

Oceans of Happiness Card by Tina Herbeck

Oceans of Happiness!

Wish someone Oceans of Happiness with a gorgeous card like this one by Tina! 

For her card today, Tina created a simple striped background using ink from a distress ink re-inker painted in loose stripes! So pretty! Then she added an ocean scene inside an oval from our Oval Frames Die Set. She also cut out sand and waves using our Land Borders Die Set and  Sea Borders Die Set, cutting the borders a second time so they matched up with the oval stitched edge! So pretty! 

For the main image she chose the woman lounging in a beach chair with her summer cocktail from our Summer Moments Stamp Set. She colored the image with copic markers and cut it out using the coordinating Summer Moments Die Set. She looks so relaxed in that beach scene! The finishing touch is the sentiment "Wishing you Oceans of Happiness" stamped into the sky from the Summer Moments Stamp Set.

This amazing card is perfect for sending happy thoughts this summer!

Let's be Mermaids Card by Amanda Wilcox

 

Dreaming of Being a Mermaid!

Do you ever dream of being a mermaid? This kitty does! This adorable card by Amanda is perfect for sending a summer smile to someone who loves mermaids, or kitties, or both! 

For this fun card she features the kitty mermaid from our  Purr-maid Newton Stamp Set. She colors the kitty in neutrals and gives the mermaid tail fun bright shades of green with added sparkle! She also stamped and colored several of the little fish, some from the same stamp set and from the Scuba Newton Stamp Set. Everything was cut out using the coordinating Purr-maid Newton Die Set and Scuba Newton Die Set.

Next, she created a fun undersea scene for them to swim in using our Sea Borders Die Set. She cut waves out in several colors of cardstock and layered them together. Then she cut the whole panel out using the rounded rectangle from our Frames & Flags Die Set. What a fun way to create a wavy backgroud.

She added the mermaid and all the fish into the sea scene and then added the sentiment "Let's be mermaids" from the Purr-maid Newton Stamp Set onto a bubble cut out using our Speech Bubbles Die Set, A couple bubbles bursting from the top add to the fun! 

To finish out the underwater theme, she used our Waves Stencil on a with light teal blue ink on the white card base. What a wonderful sea themed creation!

Piles of Warm Winter Wishes Card by Samantha Mann

 

Piles of Warm Winter Wishes!

Is it cold where you live? We are having some very cold weather this week in Wisconsin so this card by  If you are still in the mood for fall, this amazing card by Samantha is perfect!

For this adorable card today, she features the wobbly pile of penguins from our Penguin Pile Stamp Set. She colored them is fun bright colors, making the penguins teal! How fun! She use the coordinating Penguin Pile Die Set to cut them out and added them onto her fun winter card.

On the card base, she created a fun wintery scene. She used distress inks to create a blue sky and then added layers of snow drifts using our Land Borders Die Set and Sea Borders Die Set to cut the curvy edges. Then she used our Petite Snow Stencil to add even more snow! The sentiment "piles of warm winter wishes" is from the Penguin Pile Stamp Set and she embossed it in white onto a speech bubble that was cut out using our Speech Bubbles Die Set.

Merry Woof-mas Card by Amanda Wilcox

Merry Woof-mas!

Today we have another fun dog themed holiday card to share! This cute circle card by Amanda features the cute puppy, nestled in a cozy Christmas scene! 

To create this fun card she stared by coloring the puppy from our Christmas Puppies Stamp Set. She colored in in various neutral colors using copics and then added gloss to the candy cane and nose and glitter to the polka dots on the scarf! These fun details really make the card feel special! Here's a clos up so you can see all the detail:

The puppy image was cut out using the coordinating Christmas Puppies Die Set. For the background she created layers of circles using our Circle Frames Die Set. On the smallest circle she also added a snowy hill using our Sea Borders Die Set. Behind the snowy hill she created a snow filled sky by embossing the snowflake image from our Snowfall Roundabout Stamp Set onto a blue inked background. 

The finishing touch is the sentiment "Merry Woof-mas," stamped onto the bubble cut out using our Speech Bubbles Die Set. What a fun little scene!

A Dino-mite Christmas Slimline Card by Ellen Haxelmans

Have a Dino-mite Christmas!

Today Ellen has created an adorable dinosaur card that is perfect for sending fun holiday wishes! 

Ellen used our two of the cute holiday dinosaurs from our new Prehistoric Christmas Stamp Set, the "tree-ceratops" and the "santa-saurus". She colored them in fun brright colors and added them to a slimline card. 

For her slimline card, she created a white slimline card base. Then she added the long lime green panel with the scalloped border using our Slimline Frames & Portholes Die Set. Over that she layered the darker green stitched panel with three windows using our Slimline Frames & Windows Die Set. Inside each window she used a piece of gingham pattern paper from our new Meowy Christmas Paper Pad along with a snow hill that was die cut using our Sea Borders Die Set. The little trees and sentiments are also from the Prehistoric Christmas Stamp Set. What a fun and unique holiday card!
