First up with have two fun celebratory cards by Donna:

For her first card Donna created a sparkly rainbow background using the Balloons Stencil from Newton's Nook Designs with rainbow foil from Therm O Web. This fun rainbow background makes the perfect celebratory birthday card when paired with the fun kitty hugging the balloon from the Newton's Birthday Bash Stamp Set by Newton's Nook Designs. Larissa created a beautiful and shimmery sympathy card for a pet. She combined the circle die cuts from Newton's Nook Designs with foil from Therm O Web to create a card that feels truly special. For her first card Maria created a rainbow themed pet sympathy card.  She paired the beautiful foiled rainbows from Therm O Web with a die cut sun, clouds and dog silhouettes and a stamped sentiment from Newton's Nook Designs. Full product list below. 

Maria created a second version of this same card style, this time switching the theme from dogs to cats. Pet owners are sure to feel comfort from with this beautiful rainbow theme. She again paired the beautiful foiled rainbows from Therm O Web with a die cut sun, clouds and dog silhouettes and a stamped sentiment from Newton's Nook Designs. Full product list below.

Bold Birthday Dog Card by Samantha Van Arnhem

Bold Blue Dogs for a Birthday Greeting!

Today Samantha has created a birthday card that any dog lover would adore! She took the bold silhouette stamp of a dog from our Furr-ever Friends Stamp Set and stamped the image in rows using several shades of blue ink! What a fun look! To make this into a birthday card she used the "Happy Birthday" sentiment from our Birthday Roundabout Stamp Set and stamped it onto a stitched banner that was cut out using our Banner Trio Die Set. This card is so simple, yet stunning! 

You could easily change this card up by just switching the color palette to match the recipients favorite color too! What a great way to create a quick and simple birthday card for any dog lover on your list!

What we love about this card too is that this image is actually from a pet sympathy stamp set, but with a bit of creativity, Samantha shows us how easy it is to stretch your stamps for other occasions.

Miss You Card by Nakaba Rager

Miss You!

This sweet card by Naki features kitties stuck in boxes, just like many of us are stuck in our houses right now! It would be the perfect for sending to someone who you miss to let them know you are thinking of them. She created this sweet card using the kitties in boxes from our Newton Loves Boxes Stamp Set. She colored the images using soft pencil colors and then cut them out using the coordinating Newton Loves Boxes Die Set. 

For that gorgeous heart background she repeatedly stamped hearts using the little bold hearts from our Furr-ever Friends Stamp Set in a rainbow of colors, leaving an opening in the upper left corner for the sentiment. She added some shimmer spray over the whole background to add a bit of sparkle. 

To finish this adorable card, she embossed the sentiment using our Stowaway Newton Stamp Set.

Pet Sympathy Card by Amanda Bodine

Sorry for the Loss of your Furry Friend 

Today we are sharing a lovely pet sympathy card by Amanda. This sweet card features the dog silhouette from our Furr-ever Friends Stamp Set. She used the coordinating Furr-ever Friends Die Set to cut out the image of the dog to add to her car.  She added on a little halo over the dogs head and a red pawprint heart, also from the Furr-ever Friends Stamp Set. She added the sentiment onto a mint colored banner that was cut out using our Frames & Flags Die Set. She created a black pawprint pattern on the card base using our Pawprints Stencil. To finish the card, she cut a tiny pawprint out using one of the confetti shapes from our Pawprint Shaker Die Set and some red twine.

Sympathy cards are never fun to send but this one is so sweet and pretty it should definitely help give comfort to the owner of the lost pet!

Monochromatic Cards by Ellen Haxelmans

Create your own Backgrounds for Cards!

Today we are sharing a fun idea by Ellen to create gorgeous monochromatic cards! She used two stamp sets to create gorgeous monochromatic backgrounds that are so lovey you don't need to do anything else but add some twine and a sentiment!

For her first card she used the lovely leaves from the Shades of Autumn Stamp Set, stamping them randomly around the card front in shades of red and orange over a light yellow background. She rounded the corners and layered it over a white cardstock base and then added the die cut thanks sentiment from another company paired with the "truly Grateful" sentiment from the Shades of Autumn Stamp Set on a yellow banner. So pretty!

For her second card she card she used the silhouette of the Labrador dog from the the Furr-ever Friends Stamp Set along with the tiny heart and paw print to create a dog patterned background on white cardstock. The blue ombré ink looks so lovely with that dog image! She layered this image over a black cardstock base and added the "pawsome" sentiment from the Terrific Terriers Stamp Set, embossed in white on black cardstock. The blue and white bakers twine and sequins give a fun finishing touch!

Aren't these cards so awesome? There are so many possible combinations you could make using this same fun technique with any of our bold stamps!

Newton's Nook Designs & Chibitronics Inspiration Week - Day 3 with Ellen and Naki

Today we are featuring projects by Ellen and Naki!

 First up we have this adorable Halloween project by Ellen:

Ellen used the Chibitronics Starter Kit along with several NND stamp sets to create this adorable Halloween project! She used the fun big sentiment from the Fall-ing For You Stamp Set embossed in orange  along with some fun distress inks for her background. Then she added on the cute little pumpkin from the Pick-a-Pumpkin Stamp Set with a jack-o-lantern face trimmed out using the Pick-a-Pumpkin Die Set! The inside of the face lights up when you press on the card! So cool! She even added in a sweet black cat silhouette using the kitty from our Furr-ever Friends Stamp set!

Our second project today is pretty Paris scene by Naki:

Naki created this lovely Paris scene using our Newton Dreams of Paris Stamp Set along with the Chibitronics Starter Kit! She started by stamping the Eiffel Tower and creating beautiful background created with distress inks. Then she added the kitty in the hot air balloon, also from the Newton Dreams of Paris Stamp Set  floating over the sky. She configured her chibi lights so that when you press on the card front the  Eiffel Tower lights up! WOW! So dreamy!
