Hippity Hoppity! 

Hello! Jen here today and I've been having fun with some easter crafting! Today I'm sharing two bunny cards that both feature our Bunny Tails Stencil Set and Hop Into Spring Stamp Set!

For the first card, pictured above, I used our Bunny Tails Stencil Set to make a fun background of teal bunnies. This stencil is a two piece set and one piece has the bunny silhouettes and the second piece has the bunny tails.  The stencil also has etching on each piece so you can easily line up the bunnies and tails. I used two shades of teal to create the fun background. Then I layered it over a teal rectangle with a scalloped edge that was cut out using our Frames & Flags Die Set. 

For the main image, I stamped and colored the bunny in a spring watering can from our Hop Into Spring Stamp Set. I chose bright spring colors of copic markers, matching the color of the watering can to the stenciled background. The image was cut out using the coordinating Hop Into Spring Die Set before layering it onto the card. I also added the sentiment "Hippity Hoppity" from our Spring Roundabout Stamp Set. This was stamped onto a yellow banner that was cut out using the same Frames & Flags Die Set. 

For the second card I used almost exactly the same supplies but created a slightly different card layout. For the background I made another panel of bunnies using our Bunny Tails Stencil Set but this time I used a yellow cardstock base and mustard ink for the bunny silhouettes. Then I used flocking to addd fuzzy white tails to the bunnies. I cut this panel out using the Frames & Flags Die Set to give it the fun scalloped edge. 

Again, I colored the same image of the bunny in the watering can from the Hop Into Spring Stamp Set but this time I made the watering can yellow to match the background pattern. 

I used the same "Hippity Hoppity" sentiment from the Spring Roundabout Stamp Set, but this time I stamped it onto a piece of cream colored cardstock and then cut a scalloped edge on one side using our Sky Borders Die Set. A small stripe of pink ribbon finishes the card.

I hope you enjoyed these fun spring cards! I also hope that I have inspired you to make multiple cards using similar supplies but changing them up just a little! This is such a fun way to try new things and experiment!

Hop This Way... Easter Card by Donna Idlet

Hop This Way...

Today we hopping over to share an adorable Easter card created by Donna! 

For this fun bunny themed Easter card she started out by stamping the image of the bunny peeking around the sign from our Hoppy Greetings Stamp Set. She colored the image with alcohol markers adding beautiful texture to the sign and cute pink cheeks to the bunny! This set has a variety of sentiments that will fit on the sign front and for her card today she chose to stack two of them using "Hop this way..." and "Hoppy Easter!" She also stamped and colored some little Easter eggs and extra flowers, also from the Hoppy Greetings Stamp Set, and added fun glitter to the eggs. She cut the images out using the coordinating Hoppy Greetings Die Set.  She also added a layer of polka dotted grass behind the bunny and sign using a pattern from our Springtime Paper Pad.

For the card background she used our Bunny Tails Stencil Set. This two piece stencil set has one stencil that is the bunny silhouettes and one that is the tails. It also includes etching so you can line them up easily. She used gray ink on the bunny silhouettes, fading them lighter near the top by adding less ink. Then she added the tails on using a sparkly texture paste with the second stencil. So cute!

Happy Easter Card by Zsofia Molnar

 

Happy Easter!!

Today we are hopping over to share this adorable Easter card by Zsofia. 

This card features and adorable bunny theme using just neutral colors for a fun Easter Greeting! She starts out by coloring bunny from our Bitty Bunnies Stamp Set in neutral browns. She cut the image out using the coordinating Bitty Bunnies Die Set. She also cut the "Happy Easter" Sentiment out using the bonus die from the Spring Pile Up Die Set. She added some ink to the bottoms of the letters to give it a fun dimension. Next, she cut out a scalloped oval using our new Oval Frames Die Set. The bunny and sentiment fit perfectly inside the oval together! She framed this oval with a larger oval cut from vellum, also using the Oval Frames Die Set. 

For her card base she created that fun bunny pattern using our Bunny Tails Stencil Set. This set is two pieces so it makes creating the two color pattern easy. First she inked up the stencil with the bunny silhouettes using a dark brown ink over kraft paper. Then she used the second stencil with the bunny tails with texture paste. What a fun way to add dimension to the background!

She really kept the color palette minimal on this, using just tones of browns and white. A piece of kraft toned bakers twine across the top with a bit of gold finishes the project nicely!

HOPPY Easter!

Today we are sharing a bunny filled Easter card by Tatiana that will leave you ready to hop into spring crafting!

For this card, Tatiana started by stamping and coloring the fun big circle image filled with Easter goodies from our Spring Roundabout Stamp Set. She used fun bright spring colors on all those little images, adding fun white gel pen accents too. She cut the image out using the Circle Frames Die Set to add it to her card. 

For the card base she created a fun bunny background using our Bunny Tails Stencil Set. This fun stencil has two pieces, one for the bunny silhouettes and one for the tails. She used the bunny silhouette stencil with several fun colors to create colorful rows of bunnies. Then she used the second stencil with white texture paste to add fluffy white tails! Adorable!

For the finishing touch she added the sentiment "Hoppy Easter" from the Hoppy Greetings Stamp Set, stamped and embossed in white onto a black banner that was die cut out using the small banner from our A7 Frames & Banners Die Set.

Happy Easter Card by Tatiana Trafimovich

Happy Easter!

Easter is just around the corner! Today we are sharing an a fun Easter themed card by Tatiana that is perfect for celebrating!

Her card features the adorable round image filled with easter baskets, carrots, chicks and bunnies from our Spring Roundabout Stamp Set.  She colored the image in fun bright pastel colors and cut it out using the  Circle Frames Die Set. This image is sized perfectly to cut out using the large circle or scalloped circe from this die set! She embossed the "Happy Easter" Sentiment on black cardstock with white embossing powder and hand cut around it to layer it over the image. A few irridescent sequins give a bit of shimmery detail too. 

For the card base she used our two piece Bunny Tails Stencil Set. She stenciled the bunny silhouettes with a light brown ink using the first stencil and then used a darker brown ink with the second stencil for their tails! The etching on the stencils makes it easy to perfectly line them up! She then added some brown and white splatters to add a fun bit of detail to the background. Some twine gives the perfect finishing touch.

A Duo of Spring Bunny Cards by Amanda Wilcox

Hop Along with a Duo of Bunny Cards!

Today Amanda has created two adorable spring cards featuring some of our favorite bunny themed products! For her first card she features our Bunny Tails Stencil Set and our Hello Spring Stamp Set.

On this fun spring card she used white ink with the first stencil from our two piece Bunny Tails Stencil Set to create rows of white bunnies. Then she used the second stencil to add pink foil to their tails. This background panel was cut our with our Frames & Flags Die Set to give it a scalloped edge. Then she added a cute banner using the image from our Hello Spring Stamp Set and colored it in fun spring colors! 

For her second card she used the same Bunny Tails Stencil Set combined with our new Hoppy Greetings Stamp Set. 

This time she created rows of brown bunnies using the first stencil from the Bunny Tails Stencil Set and then added white fluffy tails using the second stencil with some flocking. So adorable! She used Frames & Flags Die Set again to give it a scalloped edge.

For the cute bunny scene she used the bunny and sign image from Hoppy Greetings Stamp Set. This set has a fun variety of sentiments that fit inside the sign and she used "Hoppy Easter" for her card. She also colored some flowers and eggs and cut all the images out using the coordinating Hoppy Greetings Die Set. To complete the scene she added a fun grass border that was cut out using our Land Borders Die Set.

Colorful Easter Bunnies Card by Maria Russell

Colorful Easter Bunnies!

Today we have a bright and cheerful Easter card by Maria to share! She created rows of adorable bunnies in bright colors using our Bunny Tails Stencil Set. This stencil set has two layers and she used the second "tail" layer to add fluffy white tails to all the bunnies using white texture paste! So cute! 

For her card, she cut a large circle out of the colorful bunny pattern using our Circle Frames Die Set to hold a cute little bunny scene that features the bunny holding a daffodil from our Hop Into Spring Stamp Set. She colored the cute bunny using alcohol markers and then cut it out with the coordinating Hop Into Spring Die Set. She also filled the circle with a scene, creating clouds with our Clouds Stencil and adding die cut grass using our Land Borders Die Set. The sentiment, "happy Easter" from our Newton's Easter Basket was embossed in white on black paper and she hand cut it out. 

Here is a close up so you can see the incredible coloring on the bunny and daffodil and those fluffy tails!

This card would be perfect for sending fun and cheerful wishes this Easter!
