Today we are excited to be part of the
8th Annual 25 Days of Christmas Tags with
Tracey McNeely. Today is only Day 5 of this awesome feature so make sure you visit her blog each day to see all 25 days! Today she's featuring the Newton's Nook Design Team on her blog so make sure you head over there to see some more beautiful tags using NND products!
I created TWO fun sets of tags to play along!
Here is the first set:
For this fun duo of tags I featured the cute images from our
Newton's Holiday Mischief Stamp Set. This is the first Christmas Set we created featuring Newton and I haven't played with it in awhile so it was really fun to pull it out and color the images again! I colored the kitties using copic markers and added a bit of Wink of Stella glitter to them. Then I cut them out using the coordinating
Newton's Holiday Mischief Die Set. Aren't they so cute!?
For the tag shapes I used our
Fancy Edges Tag Die Set to cut out the fun layered tags. This die set is super fun because it includes little mini borders that you can use to make custom tag shapes. I used the big and little scallops to create layers that dress up the tags. Then I finished out the tags by adding die cut words along the bottom using our new
Holiday Greetings Die Set.
I had so much fun mixing old and new products to create these tags!
For my second set of tags I created a duo of Ornament Shaped Tags:
Inside the shaker shapes there are sentiments that are embossed using images from our
Ornamental Wishes Stamp Set. This set was designed to work with the
Ornament Shaker Die Set so all of the sentiments in the set will fit inside the ornament shape! Inside each shaker there are some little die cut confetti tree and star shapes that were cut out using the confetti dies from
Ornament Shaker Die Set and a few sparkly sequins too.
Inspired? You can play along and create a tag too! You can find the details and ink up
