Cats, Love & Boxes!

Today Samantha has created an adorable card filled with kitties and boxes! If you own a cat, you know how much they love boxes and our Newton Loves Boxes Stamp Set is the perfect way to share that love! 

We love the neutral color palette that she choose for this card and how she added shades pink for the boxes! She stamped and colored all those cute images of cats squeezed into boxes from the Newton Loves Boxes Stamp Set, adding white highlights with a gel pen. She cut the images out using the coordinating  Newton Loves Boxes Die Set.

For her card base she created a textured background using our Meow Stencil with white texture paste. Then she cut out the frame using our A2 Card Layout 2 Die Set and layered it over the textured panel. She arranged all of her images into the windows of the frame and tucked in the sentiment, also from the Newton Loves Boxes Stamp Set. 

This card is guaranteed to make any cat lover smile!

Cuddle Puddle Scrapbook Layout by Samantha Mann

A Kitty Cuddle Puddle 

Today we are sharing an adorable kitty scrapbook page by Samantha!

This beautiful card features Samanthas adorable kitties and several of our cat themed products!

Samantha created a fun circle of cat themed patterns using our Meow Stencil with texture paste. Then she added various colors of paint over the top. She also added stamped pawprints, kitty faces and the sentiment "because cats" using our  Cat-itude Stamp Set with black ink. To add a fun pop of pattern, she used our Sky Scene Builder Die Set to cut out stars from patteren pieces taken from our Birthday Meows Paper Pad.  She also tore away a section of her paper on the left side and tucked a patterened paper behind it, also from our Birthday Meows Paper Pad. So fun!

Meow-garitas! Card by Maria Russell

MEOW-garitas, Please!

Today are sharing an adorable card by Maria that is sure to make you smile, especially if you like both kitties and margartias!

Maria started out by stamping the image of the kitty holding the giant Margarita from our Newton Loves Tacos Stamp Set. Next, she colored the image with fun bright hues on the margarita and added amazing shading and fur details on the kitty! She used the coordinating Newton Loves Tacos Die Set to cut the image out. 

For her card base, she started with a white card front and then masked off the bottom half before adding a distress ink blended background. Over this she added the fun kitty themed pattern, using our Meow Stencil with more distress inks.

The finishing touch is the sentiment "Let's get MEOW-garitas" from our Newton Loves Tacos Stamp Set, embossed in white onto a black banner. The banner was cut out using our Banner Trio Die Set. 

This card is sure to make the recipient smile! And maybe even call you to schedule a time for margaritas!

Kitty Love Card by Samantha Mann

 

Meow & Fur-ever! 

It's Feline Friday and we are sharing some kitty love today with inspiration by Samantha!

For this sweet kitty card she used the image of the two kitties sharing a bottle of milk from our Newton's Sweethearts Stamp Set. How adorable is that!? She colored the kitties, one gray and one brown, and added pink to their cheeks to make the image even sweeter! The image was cut out using the Newton's Sweethearts Die Set. 

For the card base she used our two piece Bokeh Hearts Stencil Set to create that amazing heart filled background. She cut the card panel a little short of the full card width and added a strip of black and white pattern along the right edge using our Meow Stencil too. What a fun touch! 

She layered the kitties over this background along with the sentiment, which was embossed in white onto a black banner that was die cut using our Banner Trio Die Set. 

If you know a couple with an anniversary coming up, this card would be purr-fect!

Cat in Box Scrapbook Layout by Samantha Mann

Cats & Boxes!

Today we sharing an amazing scrapbook page by Samantha that any cat owner will appreciate! For this gorgeous page, she used our Meow Stencil along the edges of the layout and on the right side where she planned to add the photo, with white texture paste. Once the paste was dry she added watercolors in pinks, reds, oranges and yellows on top. This frames the photo and the page perfectly and is such a beautiful effect! She also added the images of the kitty in a box, just like the kitty in the photo, from our Newton Loves Boxes Stamp Set and from our Newton's Antics Stamp Set. Adorable!

I Like Your Cat-itude Card by Larissa Heskett

Cat-itude!

Today Larissa is sharing a sparkly stenciled card that is filled with cat-itude! She created a gorgeous cat themed background by using our Meow Stencil. To foil a stenciled background you can use Deco Foil Transfer gel over the stencil. Once the gel is completely dry, you just add the foil of your choice and heat set it with a laminator! The ombré of colors used on this card by Larissa are stunning!

 After her foiled background was completed, she added the sentiment "I like your cat-itude" from our Cat-itude Stamp Set, stamped onto a circle that was die cut using our Frames Squared Die Set. She also used the scalloped edge from our Frames & Flags Die Set to create the black frame.

A Rainbow of Cat Fun!

Today we are sharing a gorgeous rainbow card by Larissa! She created an amazing background for her card using our Meow Stencil along with pastes from Therm O Web. She used a rainbow of colors combing White Pearl Gel with several colors of  Glitz Glitter and then stenciled with it! How stunning! Since the background is the star of this card she kept the rest simple. She cut out a stitched circle using our Frames Squared Die Set and added the sentiment from our Cat-itude Stamp Set inside.

Happy Birthday Dog and Cat Cards by Zsofia Molnar

Happy Birthday Cards for Dog and Cat lovers!!  

Today we have a duo of birthday cards by Zsofia featuring designs for both dog and cat fans! These two cards feature the same design and type of products but different color palettes and themes! What a great way to design one card and alter it to make it work for the person you are sending it to!

For the first card she used the cute dog from our Sending Hugs Stamp Set. She cut the dog out using the coordinating Sending Hugs Die Set. This die set is special because it also cuts around the paws, allowing the dog to hold items. For this card she colored that cute cupcake to nest inside. She also added a little gift to the side. To make it even more fun, she added in a big blue balloon using our Fabulous Frenchies Stamp Set and Fabulous Frenchies Die Set. The fun dog themed background was created using distress inks in shades of green and blue with our Woof Stencil! So cute!

For the second card she used the same layout but changed the images and colors. For this one she chose the cat from our Sending Hugs Stamp Set. Again, she cut the cat out using the coordinating Sending Hugs Die Set, added another adorable cupcake tucked inside the arms and a gift to the side. And, just like the previous card, a balloon was added on using our Fabulous Frenchies Stamp Set and Fabulous Frenchies Die Set. This time she stenciled a is a cat themed background using distress inks in shades of red and yellow with our Meow Stencil! So cute!

This is such a fun idea! You could create a whole series of these in different colors and be ready with birthday cards for all the dog and cat fans in your life!

Dreamy Kitty Card by Amanda Bodine

Dreamy Kitty! 

This adorable kitty card by Amanda is so dreamy!! She used that cute image of the kitty on a stack of blankets from our Newton's Naptime Stamp Set. She colored the image in lovely bright pastels, giving the kitty an extra cozy stack of blankets to nap on. She used the coordinating Newton's Naptime Die Set to cut out the image. This die set also includes a thought bubble, which she cut out of dark pink and added it to her card to hold the sentiment "may all your dreams come true". For the background, she created a fun pattern using our new Meow Stencil, keeping with the lovely soft pink color theme! So pretty!

She used the new Meow Stencil to create that fun background pattern in ombré oranges. She used our Framework Die Set to cut out the postage edge. This cute little square card was created by Naki. She used our Frames Squared Die Set to cut out a piece of kraft colored cardstock and then added the fun pattern from our new Meow Stencil to it using white embossing paste. Over this she layered a pawprint that was cut out using the new Pawprint Shaker Die Set. She embossed the sentiment onto the paw from our new Cat-itude Stamp Set using white embossing powder. 

Amanda created this adorable shaker card. She used our new Meow Stencil to create the fun stripe of fun cat themed pattern for the card background. Then she added the pawprint shaker in front using our new Pawprint Shaker Die Set. She added the sentiment in the lower corner using our new Cat-itude Stamp Set and embellished it with a little cat heat cut out from the Pawprint Shaker Die Set. 

Ellen created this adorable summer kitty card using our new a combination of new and old products! She created a fun kitty themed background using our Meow Stencil. She layered this over a postage edge panel that was cut out using our Framework Die Set. She added on the kitty in the pool floaty from our Newton's Summer Vacation Stamp Set, layered over a shape cut out with our Frames Squared Die Set. She added in the sentiment from our new Cat-itude Stamp Set to the shape above the kitty! So cute and summery!

Holly created this adorable kitty themed card using the die cut pawprint shape from our new Pawprint Shaker Die Set. She added the sentiment from our new Cat-itude Stamp Set inside the paw and added accents with a white gel pen. She also added the fun cat pattern in the background using our new Meow Stencil with pink ink!
