Happy Easter Card with Peeps by Zsofia Molnar

Easter Kitties & Peeps!

Today Zsofia has created a fun Easter card filled with easter peeps and kitties! 

She started out by stamping the adorable images of Newton and the chicks from our Newton's Peeps Stamp Set. She also stamped some extra chicks and little flowers using the same set. She colored all the images using a fun spring color palette filled with yellow, green and orange. The images were all cut out using the coordinating  Newton's Peeps Die Set. She created a little scene for the kitties by cutting out a mint green rectangle using our Framework Die Set and adding a layer of grass using our Land Borders Die Set. Then she tucked all the images around the grass. Isn't it cute how the kitty is peeking out from behind it!? She also added the sentiment, stamped onto a bubble that was cut out using our Speech Bubbles Die Set. So cute!

For her card, she started with a white card base and added a fun layer of pattern, created using our Basketweave Stencil in brown ink over a light brown paper. She cut this panel out using the postage stamp edged die from our Framework Die Set and layered it behind her scene. That basket pattern really adds to the fun Easter theme!

Easter Card by Larissa Heskett

 

A Sparkly Easter Creation! 

Today we are sharing a beautiful and sparkly Easter card by Larissa!

She created this fun easter scene by starting with the bunny from our Bitty Bunnies Stamp Set. She colored the bunny in neutral gray tones and added some speckled dot details to the fur. She cut the bunny out using the coordinating Bitty Bunnies Die Set. She colored a bunch of little eggs from the Newton's Easter Basket Stamp Set in various colors and cut them out using the coordinating Newton's Easter Basket Die Set. Then she created a BIG easter egg using our Oval Frames Die Set and added sparkle to it with 

foils from Therm O Web and a sparkly bow. She also added a flower to the bunny  and a little bird to the bow using the Newton's Peeps Stamp Set.

She tucked all these elements into a fun Easter themed scene. To create the scene she used our Clouds Stencil for the cloudy sky and our Land Borders Die Set for the layers of grass. The scallop edged frame was die cut using our Frames & Flags Die Set. How adorable!!

Happy Easter to my Peeps Card by Samantha Mann

Easter Peeps! 

Today we are getting ready for Easter fun with this adorable card by Samantha!

For this sweet Easter card she used the fun image of Newton and a whole basket of chicks from our Newton's Peeps Stamp Set. She did some amazing coloring on the image, using mostly neutral tones with pops of bright pink for a fun and unique easter greeting! The pink cheeks and white gel pen accents really give this image an extra special touch! She cut out the image and one extra little chick using the coordinating Newton's Peeps Die Set. 

Then, for her card base, she created a fun basket background using our Basketweave Stencil with texture paste for a fun raised pattern. She cut a circle out of the top half of the panel using our Circle Frames Die Set and inked a pink and peach sky behind the opening. This is the perfect place to set that kitty image! 

For he adorable sentiment she cut a black banner using our Banner Trio Die Set. Then she created a custom sentiment by embossing the first part of the sentiment from our Newton's Peeps Stamp Set  in white and masking off the word Peeps. Then she added the word peeps back in by die cutting the letters using our Essential Alphabet Die Set. This creates a fun big word that really gets the point across! She also inked the letters to match the ink blending on the circle! WOW!

This Spring kitty card by Andrea will make you smile. It features a cute striped kitty from our Newton's Peeps Stamp Set surrounded by more chicks! It goes perfectly with the sentiment. She added a fun bubbly background using the new Bokeh Stencil Set and cut out the decorative scalloped and postage edges using our Framework Die Set. 

This Spring card by Amanda is so darling! She used the kitty and basket filled with chicks from our new Newton's Peeps Stamp Set, coloring the basket a vibrant blue. She added in a little setting, adding decorative grass using our  Land Borders Die Set. She also added in a tiny flower using the small flower die cut from our new Flower Trio Die Set. 

The kitty on this card is so cute hanging out with all his peeps! Samantha created this sweet and simple card using the kitty and chicks from our new Newton's Peeps Stamp Set. She added in some bright pink and yellow distress ink behind the images to really make them pop!

This fun 3D box card by Maria is so incredible! She featured the image of the kitty and his basket from our Newton's Peeps Stamp Set and added in layers of grass using our Land Borders Die Set. Of course she had to sneak in more chicks in the grass and some flowers from our Woodland Spring Stamp Set. She also added in the "Happy Easter" die cut which is part of set that will be revealed tomorrow. 

Zsofia created this wonderful card using both kitties from the new Newton's Peeps Stamp Set. For her card background she created a fun sky filled with blue bubbles using the new Bokeh Stencil Set. She also added in a line of grass using our Land Borders Die Set. The postage edge was added in using our Framework Die Set 

This card by Naki is so dreamy! She created a scene for the kitty from our new Newton's Peeps Stamp Set. She colored the kitty  and his chickie friends using soft colors. Then she added in some grass using our  Land Borders Die Set and adding in texture with markers. She also added some clouds into the sky using the cloud die cut from our Newton Scoots By Die Set.

The colors on this card by Tatiana are so perfect for Easter! She created a fun lime green card with a circle cut out in the corner, perfect for the kitty from our Newton's Peeps Stamp Set. Then she used fun bright pastels to color the image, adding some blue behind it to make it pop! How adorable! 

Larissa created a sweet friendship card with an adorable spring theme!  She used the kitty and chicks from our new Newton's Peeps Stamp Set. Then she added in the bunny from our Bitty Bunnies Stamp Set. Don't they make the cutest friends? She also added in some grass using our  Land Borders Die Set and a scalloped edge using our Frames & Flags Die Set. She finished it out with a sentiment from our Newton's Easter Basket Stamp Set.

This card by Holly is so simple and sweet! She stamped and colored the image of the kitty and chicks from the new Newton's Peeps Stamp Set, adding cute stripes and white gel pen accents. Then she layered it onto her card over a non colored image of the kitty and basket. What a fun idea for a simple yet striking card!
