Sky High Birthday Wishes!

Today Farhana is sharing a how to create a fun birthday card using our Sky High Celebrations Stamp Set and Petite Clouds Stencil. 

She started with a white card front panel and stamped the image from the Sky High Celebrations Stamp Set close to the right edge of the card. Then she lined up the coordinating die, cutting only one side of the image. She then cut the remaining part of the front of the card to detach the negative space above and below the image. The image was then colored with copic markers. She also added the Happy Birthday sentiment using the Birthday Roundabout Stamp Set. 

On the inside of the card she stenciled an edge of clouds using our Petite Clouds Stencil with blue ink and added the sentiment from the Sky High Celebrations Stamp Set into the center. 

When the card is closed you can see the cards from the inside!

Get Carried Away Card by Maria Russell

Get Carried Away!

Today we are getting carried away with this adorable card created by Maria! 

This card features the ballon filled image from our Sky High Celebrations Stamp Set. She colored the image in loads of fun bright colors and used the coordinating Sky High Celebrations Die Set to cut it out. 

For her card base she divided the front of the card into two panels. She used a thin strip of polka dot paper from the A Dog's Life Paper Pad to separate the two sides. On the right side she stenciled layers of clouds using our Clouds Stencil to create a sky setting for the balloon image to float away in. She added the sentiment "Get carried away" also from the Sky High Celebrations Stamp Set.

On the left side she added a bold pattern using the splash from our Tranquil Tides Stamp Set with light blue ink. Isn't it fun how the splash looks like a cloud when it's added to the sky? So cool!

Sky High Slimline Birthday Card by Tina Herbeck

Sky High Birthday Wishes!

This week has been filled with birthday inspiration and today we are floating by with another birthday wish created by Tina! 

For her card today, Tina features image of the puppy and kitty floating away with a bouquet of balloons from Sky High Celebrations Stamp Set. She colored the image in fun bright pastels and cut it out using the coordinating Sky High Celebrations Die Set. 

For the background she created a slimline card and cut a scallop edged panel using our Slimline Frames & Portholes Die Set. She then filled a beautiful sky backdrop using distress inks with our Clouds Stencil to create layers of clouds in a rainbow of bright pastels. Isn't it amazing!? It's the perfect place for the tall image to float away! She also added a birthday greeting to finish the theme. The "Happy Birthday" sentiment is from our Birthday Oval Stamp Set and the "Get carried away" sentient is from the Sky High Celebrations Stamp Set. These two sentiments pair perfectly together!

Celebrate!

Today we have a fun celebratory card by Ellen that is perfect for sending sky high smiles! 

For this fun card she features the image of the puppy and kitty floating into the sky with balloons from our Sky High Celebrations Stamp Set. She colored the image with fun bright colors and cut it out using the coordinating Sky High Celebrations Die Set. For the background she created a cloud filled sky using our Cloudy Sky Stencil with distress inks. She framed the scene with a bright green frame that was cut out using our Framework Die Set. She added another fun layer of pattern by using a ballon print from our Birthday Party Paper Pad. 

This fun and cheerful card would be perfect for a birthday or celebration any time of year!

Carried Away Card by Samantha Mann

Get Carried Away! 

Have you been enjoying our new birthday themed products? Today we have another amazing birthday card by Samantha  that will have you floating sky high! 

For this gorgeous card she used the image of the puppy and kitty floating away with balloons from our Sky High Celebrations Stamp Set. How adorable is that!? She colored the kitty and puppy in neutral tones and the balloons in fun bright colors. Then she cut the image out using the coordinating Sky High Celebrations Die Set. 

For her background she created and amazing cloud filled sky using our Clouds Stencil with distress inks in varying shades of blue! So gorgeous!  She added some water splatters to add texture to the sky and added in clouds (stamped and die cut using the Sky High Celebrations Stamp Set and Sky High Celebrations Die Set.  The finishing touch is the sentiment "get carried away" from the Sky High Celebrations Stamp Set. She embossed it onto a vellum speech bubble that was cut out using our Speech Bubbles Die Set. So fun!
