Sunflowers Card by Samantha Mann

So Many Sunflowers!!

Today Samantha is sharing a gorgeous sunflower card, perfect for sending sunny smiles!

This card features our Autumn Fields Stamp Set and Card Layout 5 Die Set.

To create her field of sunflowers Samantha stamped the images of Sunflowers from our Autumn Fields Stamp Set and Sunflower Days Stamp Set several times. She colored the sunflowers in bright yellows with touches of pink to add a special whimsy! She then cut out all the blooms using the coordinating Autumn Fields Die Set and Sunflower Days Die Set. She splattered white ink over the images for a fun bit of texture. 

For her card base she ink blended a card panel in shades of green and then die cut it using our Card Layout 5 Die Set. She layered the pieces onto her white card base and then layered all of the sunflowers over the top. She let some edges of the sunflowers go past the edge of her card and then cut them even with the card edge. What a fun technique! 

To finish the card she added the sentiment "Hello Sunshine" from the Sunflower Days Stamp Set.

Sunflower Card by Larissa Heskett

So Very Grateful

Today we are sharing a beautiful fall card by Larissa that is perfect for sending thoughts of gratitude.

For this card she features our Sunflower Days Stamp Set. She stamped the bundle of pretty sunflower blooms, embossing them in white. Then she added colors over the blooms and the stems, letting the colors smudge outside the lines for a soft glowy look! She also added blue ink around the image and then cut it out into a circle using our Circle Frames Die Set.

She layered two more circles behind the central image. The first circle was cut from a piece of yellow polka dotted paper from our Autumn Paper Pad.  The scallop edged circle was cut from brown paper and then she added distress ink to the edges to give it a worn look.  She also cut out the scallop edged rectangle using our Frames & Flags Die Set with a plaid paper from our Autumn Paper Pad.

Sunflower Birthday Card by Farhana Sarker

Fall Birthday Flowers!

Today we are sharing a beautiful birthday card by Farhana. This gorgeous floral card features sunflowers and leaves with fall colors that are perfect for sending to a friend who has a fall birthday!

For the flowers, she used the image of a cluster of sunflowers from our Sunflower Days Stamp Set. She colored them in shades of gold and brown with lovely bright green leaves. For her card she carefully hand cut the image out but if you don't like to fussy cut, there is a coordinating Sunflower Days Die Set available. 

For her card base she created a gorgeous background using purple and yellow inks. Over this background she added leaves using our Falling Leaves Stencil with some texture paste. This background is the perfect setting for the sunflower image!

She also added the sentiment "Happy Birthday" from the Birthday Roundabout Stamp Set. She stamped it onto a banner that was die cut using our Banner Trio Die Set. What a fun way to send a fall birthday greeting!

Life's Better in the Garden Card by Samantha VanArnhem

A Garden full of Sunflowers!

Sunflowers are the perfect way to brighten someone's day! This Samantha is perfect for doing just that! She features a cute little garden of sunflowers stamped using our Sunflower Days Stamp Set. She colored them in gorgeous bright colors and used the coordinating Sunflower Days Die Set to cut out the image. 

To create her garden scene, she created a cute little brown hill using the scalloped edge die from our Fancy Edges Tag Die Set. Then she added a bit of white fence behind it using our Fence Die Set. Behind this, she added clouds to the card base using blue ink with our Clouds Stencil. 

For the finishing details she added a butterfly in the sky and the sentiment underneath, both from our Gnome Garden Stamp Set. 

This card is sure to send a smile!

Be Thankful Card by Larissa

Be Thankful!

Today we are gorgeous fall card by Larissa! She used image from several different fall themed stamp sets and arranged them into the shape of a wreath. She started with some lovely sunflowers from our Sunflower Days Stamp Set. She also used images of little pumpkins, acorns and leaves using our Paw-tumn Newton Stamp Set and Autumn Newton Stamp Set. She colored all these fall themed images in gorgeous autumn colors. Then she cut them out using the coordinating Sunflower Days Die Set, Paw-tumn Newton Die Set and Autumn Newton Die Set. After all the images were colored and cut out use carefully arranged them over a lightly blue inked background to create the gorgeous autumn wreath shape. The Sentiment "be thankful" is from our Autumn Newton Stamp Set. Lastly, she framed the whole panel with a scalloped frame, cut from patterned paper using our Frames & Flags Die Set.

Grateful for You Card by Amy Tsuruta

Grateful for You!

Although we've started sharing Christmas cards, there is still a bit of time left to celebrate fall too! Today we have an amazing Fall themed card by Amy! She combined several fun fall themed products to create this cozy Fall scene! First she colored the big image of sunflowers from our Sunflower Days Stamp Set.  Then she added pumpkins in front of the sunflowers, using images from our Fall-ing for You Stamp Set and our Pumpkin Latte Stamp Set. She also added the girl carrying her coffee from the Pumpkin Latte Stamp Set. The images were cut out using the coordinating Sunflower Days Die Set and  Pumpkin Latte Die Set.  She layered everything over a stitched circle to contain the scene (cut out with our Circle Frames Die Set). She also added a bit of grass along the bottom of the circle using our Land Borders Die Set.

Behind the circle, she added two fun layers with decorative edges that were cut out using our Framework Die Set. On the top layer she also added a soft argyle pattern using our Argyle Stencil Set. The finishing touch is the sentiment "Grateful for you" from our Fall Roundabout Stamp Set. It was added onto a banner that has a pop up dimension to it from our Banner Trio Die Set. 

This card is jam packed with cozy fall fun, don't you think!?

Thinking of You Sunflower Card by Larissa Heskett

Thinking of You!

Today Larissa has created a stunning Sunflower themed card that is perfect to let a friend know you are thinking of them! She started out by coloring the bundle of sunflowers from our Sunflower Days Stamp Set, in gorgeous shades of yellow and brown. The image was cut out using the coordinating Sunflower Days Die Set so it could easily be layered onto her card. She layered the image over a big stitched circle that was cut out using our Circle Frames Die Set. She had added a bit of blue distress ink to the center of the circle, which really helps make the image pop! She also added the sentiment "Thinking of You" from our Floral Roundabout Stamp Set, curving it so it fit along the edge of the circle! Isn't it fun how you can do that with clear stamps!? She added a black scalloped circle to frame the images, cut out with our Circle Frames Die Set.

For the card base, she used our Gingham Stencil. She stenciled it twice, layering the second color over the first to get that fun two tone pattern. She used the same technique on the flap of her envelope, a fun special touch for a card sent out in the mail!

A Birthday Brew for You Card by Larissa Heskett

Birthday Brew!

Today we have a fun coffee themed card by Larissa that will steal the hearts of cat lovers! She used the big image of kitties from our Caffeinated Cats Stamp Set, stamping the image and coloring the kitties in sepia tones. Then she cut the image out into a coffee mug shape. Who would love a mug like this? I sure would! So cute! She added it to her card, layering it over a cluster of lovely sunflowers that were stamped using our Sunflower Days Stamp Set. She colored the flowers in lovely fall hues and added some texture to the flower centers. She cut the flowers out using our Sunflower Days Die Set and added them to her card behind the mug. For a finishing touch to the coffee theme she used the "a birthday brew just for you" sentiment from our Newton Loves Coffee Stamp Set. The whole image was framed using a postage edged panel that was die cut using our Framework Die Set.

Sunflowers are one of the most beautiful Fall flowers and this card by Larissa showcases them perfectly! She used the beautiful blooms from our Sunflower Days Stamp Set, stamping the image repeatedly around the edge. She colored the flower in gorgeous hues and added a blue sky around them. In the center she added the custom sentiment "thankful for everything" by combining words from our Thankful Thoughts Stamp Set. She added a black scalloped edge using our Frames & Flags Die Set.

Andrea created a whole bouquet of Sunflowers in gorgeous Fall colors for her card today! Then she layered them over a blue gingham background using our Gingham Stencil! So lovely!

This floral scene by Ellen is so cheerful in bright yellow! She used the sunflowers from our new Sunflower Days Stamp Set and created a scene for them by adding layers of grass using our Land Borders Die Set and a bird from our Newton's Easter Basket Stamp Set. She also used our

Naki created this lovely floral card using our new Sunflower Days Stamp Set. The sunflowers look so pretty in soft tones with her incredible no line coloring! She added in a blue checked background using the new Gingham Stencil and then finished the card off by embossing the sentiment on a vellum banner that was cut out using our Frames & Flags Die Set.

Maria created this incredible sunflower card using our new Sunflower Days Stamp Set. She stamped the and colored the image twice, layering the flowers to create a fun cluster of florals that fill left side of the card.
