Happy Friday! This Friday we are ending the week with this adorable French themed thank you card by Amanda! She used our Newton Dreams of Paris stamp set to create this adorable card. I love how she colored the image of the kitty in the hot air balloon in lovely shades of pink, red and light blue! And she even added some glossy sparkle to the hearts! Then she added this image onto a fun stenciled background with the Eiffel Tower image (also from the Newton Dreams of Paris stamp set) in the corner! The added die-cut clouds give it so much fun dimension! She added on the "merci" sentiment on the cute little stitched banner from the Sweet Summer stamp set and some fun patterned washi tape up the side to add a bit more whimsy! So adorable!

You're My Sweet Tea Card by Crafty Math Chick

Lovely Owl Card!

Today Crafty Math-Chick combined several of our fun stamp sets to create this adorable Sweet Tea card! She used the sweet little jar of tea from the NEW Freshly Squeezed stamp set. Then she made a super cute custom sentiment combining the "you're my" from the Love à la Carte stamp set and the "Sweet Tea" from the Freshly Squeezed stamp set. Isn't that so fun? She also created a fun lemony background combining the little lemons from the Freshly Squeezed stamp set with the big lemon slice from the Sweet Summer stamp set! I love how creatively she mixed all these products!

Here's some inspiration!

Several of our Design Team Members decided to play along - check out all the awesome Ombré cards they created! Read the description below each card to see who made it.

This gorgeous card is by Larissa. She created ombré birds using the bird image from the Darling Duos stamp set mixed with the die cut feathers from the Points & Plumes die set! I Love the dipped gold edges too!

Jess created a beautiful purple ombré coffee cup background using the little coffee cups from the Newton Loves Coffee stamp set. Then she colored two cute kitties with their coffee cups too! 

Crafty Math-Chick used some awesome ombré background paper featuring watermelons and then added on that cute watermelon stamp from our Sweet Summer Stamp set! I love how that yummy melon slice pops off the card!

Lydia created this sweet pink ombre background and then added on the butterfly and sentiment from the Beautiful Wings stamp set. I love the soft pink and vellum together!

This sweet card by Samantha features the kangaroo and joey from our Hoppy Days stamp set. I love how they're hopping through that gorgeous ombre watercolor background!

Danielle created a sea of sharks from our Shark Bites stamp set  in a blue ombre pattern! All you need is a bold stamp and a couple of shades of ink to make your own ombre patterns!

I love the gorgeous ombré background on this card by Yuki! The flower from our Beautiful Blossoms set and butterfly from the Beautiful Wings set really pop the background off so nicely!

Here's what I created. I used different shades of blue cardstock to create the ombré and cute them freehand with a scissor to make them look like waves. The shell stamps and "Seas the Day" sentiment from our Tranquil Tides Stamp set were stamped in ombré inks and trimmed out with the Tranquil Tides die set.

You're Sweet Card by Stephanie Muzzulin

Sweet!

Mmmm! Do you love strawberries? I do! Strawberries remind me of sweetness and summer  - and so does this adorable card by Stephanie. She used the adorable strawberry and "you're sweet!" sentiment from our Sweet Summer stamp set on her card today and did some soft watercoloring! I love how she mixed it with layers of woodgrain, gingham and plaid papers! The big red bow gives it a fun finishing touch!

Slice of Happiness by Jennifer Jackson

Slice of Happiness!

It's been cold and gloomy at NND headquarters inn Wisconsin this week so I'm trying to brighten things up with this fun summery citrus card today! I used the citrus slices from our Sweet Summer stamp set to create a pair of yummy oranges. I added the "wishing you a slice of happiness" sentiment, also from the Sweet Summer stamp set. I love how this sentiment is pretty versatile. You could use it for a birthday card or just to send someone a smile! I paired the image with some fun pattern papers in orange and green and a bright yellow-orange card base. 

I love how bright and cheerful this card is. I also added a few sequins and yellow and white bakers twine to embellish it. I love how just a few sequins add such a pop of color and fun!

Hope you enjoyed this card today! And I'm hoping it makes it feel less gloomy here! We are hoping for more sunshine this week!

Thanks a melon!

Here's a fun summer thank you card by Stephanie Muzzulin! She used the citrus slice from the Sweet Summer stamp set and paper pierced it in fun little patterned papers. I love the subtle prints! She added it to a fun tag to make this lovely clean and simple card!  The "thanks a melon" sentiment is also from the Sweet Summer stamp set. What a yummy summer card!

Thanks a Melon! 

Today I'm sharing a watermelon thank you card by Danielle!  She used the slice of melon from the Sweet Summer stamp set in three slices! The "thanks a melon" sentiment is also from the Sweet Summer stamp set.  Then she added some fun sparkly pink foil! I love the combo of the foil and the neon colors - super fun!!

I think our Design Team is wishing for summer this week! I have another fun Summery card today - this one is by Danielle!  Danielle used the Sweet Summer stamp set, stamping the citrus slices in yellow to create a fun backdrop for the watermelon slice in the front! I love how the yellow pops off the white! So bright and cheery! Now I want to eat watermelon, how about you?

They look so yummy - and the addition of a little bling at their stems is such a cute idea! I also love the coordinating gingham checkered paper she used! 

This is such a fun card for spring .... Now I'm craving some strawberry shortcake!! LOL!

This adorable one-layered scene was created by Yukari Yoshioka. She used our Newton's Daydream stamp set.

I love the fun way Samantha repeated the words over and over around the flamingos from the Flirty Flamingos stamp set! So fun!

 Danielle created this fun strawberry card using the Sweet Summer stamp set! Love the watercolor mixed with gold foil! 

This card by Jess has so much dimension you can hardly tell it's just one layer! She used the Bunny Hop stamp set and a fun sunburst technique! 

This stunning one layer card is by Kimberly!  I love the look of the gold and black on the Kraft card base. She used the  Falling into Autumn stamp set! So fun!

Lydia got some extra mileage out of some fall themed stamps for this spring card! She used the spooky tree from the Spooky Street Halloween set and the dots from the Falling into Autumn stamp set to created the fun leaves. Then she added the sentiment from the Newton's Daydream stamp set.

Here is a fun and playful one layer card is by Crafty Math-Chick! She even added fur to the koala from the Hanging Around stamp set. I also love the mint green circle she sponged around the words!

Larissa created this fun one-layer scene with lots of creative masking (although she did break the rules a bit by mounting it on another piece of cardstock -lol!)  She combined stamps from Bunny Hop, Versatile Vases, Winter Tails and Newton's Daydream.  What an adorable scene! 

Here was my try at a one-layer card. I stamped the flowers from the Love Grows stamp set and used the "heartfelt" from the Simply Sentimental stamp set. I added a bit of watercolor flicked onto it to add texture!
