Christmas Cactus Card by Samantha Mann

Christmas Cactus!

Have you thought about making holiday cards yet? It's never too early to start and today we are sharing a Christmas card by Samantha featuring our Christmas Cactus Stamp Set and Lattice Die Set to get the inspiration started!

To create this card Samantha stamped the lovely cactus blooms from our Christmas Cactus Stamp Set multiple times. She colored all the blooms in shades of pink using watercolor markers. She added white highlights with a white gel pen to the petals and cut out all the blooms using the coordinating Christmas Cactus Die Set. 

For her card base she stenciled a white piece of cardstock using a light gray ink with our Tree Rings Stencil. Then she took that panel and cut it out using our Lattice Die Set. What a fun way to give the die cut texture! She stenciled another piece of white cardstock using our Petite Snow Stencil with white texture paste to give a subtle texture. She cut the snowy panel to fit her card front and then layered the die cut lattice over the top. She then layered all those cactus blooms along the right side, overlapping them to create a beautiful edge. 

Last she added the sentiment, stamped and embossed in white onto a black banner. The banner was die cut using our Banner Duo Die Set. She also added a few iridescent sequins around the blooms for a little bit of sparkle.

Snow Much Cheer Card by Farhana Sarker

Snow Much Cheer!

Today we are featuring a snowy card by Farhana that is perfect for sending cheerful holiday wishes!

This card features the cute snowman holding the string of holiday lights from our Snow Much Cheer Stamp Set. She colored this cutie in fun bright pastels and cut it out using the coordinating Snow Much Cheer Die Set.  

Here are the colors she used:

Next, she created a light snowy background using our Petite Snow Stencil with a bit of teal ink. She die cut the word "cheer" from our Holiday Cheer Die Set, placing teal paper behind the word to make it pop. She then added the words "snow much" above the die cut, stamping them from the Snow Much Cheer Stamp Set. What a cute idea!

This clean and simple design is perfect for creating a quick holiday card!

A Very Merry Cat Christmas Card by Zsofia Molnar

A Very Merry Kitty Christmas!!

Today Zsofia has created a fun cat themed holiday card featuring images from two of our favorite cat themed holiday stamp sets together!

She started out by stamping the cat wearing a winter scarf from our Newton's Holiday Mischief Stamp Set and the kitty peeking from behind the snowman from our Newton's Curious Christmas Stamp Set. She colored the kitties in neutral colors and added pops of oranges, teals and greens to the winter accessories! She cut both images out using the coordinating Newton's Holiday Mischief Die Set and Newton's Curious Christmas Die Set.

Since both of the images have a winter theme, she created a winter holiday scene for her card.  She filled the background with trees using our Evergreens Stencil with green ink and then layered sparkly snow on top using our Petite Snow Stencil with glittery texture paste. So pretty! She added a snowy hill shape along the bottom of her card, cutting it out using our Land Borders Die Set. Then she layered the images of the kitties on top of the snowy hill to complete the scene. For the sentiment she cut out a red ticket shape using our Framework Die Set and added the phrase "Wishing you a Very Merry Christmas," stamped from our Bells & Holly Stamp Set and embossed in white.

No Peeking! Cat Christmas Card by Larissa Heskett

Kitty Christmas Card!

Today we are sharing an adorable kitty themed Christmas card by Larissa! 

For this fun card, she started by using the kitten wearing a Santa hat from our A Kitten Christmas Stamp Set and the cat peeking out of the gift box from our Newton's Gift Stamp Set. For both images she colors the kitties in neutral brown with lots of fur details and speckles! So cute! Then she colors the hat and gifts in Christmas reds and greens, adding details to the image with a white gel pen. She also added a tiny bell to the Santa hat! She cut the cat image out using the coordinating A Kitten Christmas Die Set and the Newton's Gift Die Set.

For her card base she started with a white card and then layered the plaid patterned paper from the Meowy Christmas Paper Pad, cutting it out with our Frames & Flag Die Set to give it a scalloped edge. 

Behind the kitties and gifts she used our Petite Snow Stencil to add sparkly snow the the background, inking over it with a light blue. The kitties and gifts were layered on top to create a cozy Christmas scene!

Joyful Tidings Card by Jennifer Jackson

Joyful Winter Tidings! 

Hello! Jen here today and I'm sharing a beautiful winter scene that I created with some of my favorite winter products! 

To create this card I started by stamping the silhouette of the ice skating couple from our Winter Memories Stamp Set in black. I cut the image out using the coordinating Winter Memories Die Set. I also cut out the an icy shape to put below them from vellum using the Winter Memories Die Set. 

For my card, I created a winter scene for the skaters. I used our Land Borders Die Set to create a couple layers of snowy hills in the foreground. To create the trees and sky, I used our Christmas Tree Line Stencil to create the trees and trunks using the stencil with brown and green inks over a piece of light blue cardstock. Next, I used our Petite Snow Stencil with some white texture paste to add a bit of falling snow over the pines. So lovely! I assembled all the pieces together and gave the whole scene a postage shaped edge using our Framework Die Set. Then, I added the sentiment "joyful tidings" from our Winter Memories Stamp Set onto the snowy area in front. 

I love how this turned out! This lovely card would work perfectly for a Christmas greeting or just a fun winter hello! 

Snowman Greetings Card by Donna Idlet

Snow-one Else Like You!

Today Donna is has created a snowy card that is perfect for making someone feel special this winter!

The adorable snowman holding a sign from our Snowman Greetings Stamp Set sets the stage for this card. She colored stamped the image in black and colored it in festive colors, adding bits of glitter to the snow for an extra special touch. This image has a blank sign and several different sentiments that can be put on the sign front for an easily customizable greeting. For her card today, Donna chose "snow-one else like you!" and embossed it in white. She cut the image out using the coordinating Snowman Greetings Die Set. 

For the card background she ink blended a panel that fit on her card front, using blue for a winter sky. Then she added sparkly snowflakes using our Petite Snow Stencil with glittery texture paste! So pretty!

What a great card for a winter thank you or just to let someone know you care!

Joyful Tidings Snow Globe Card by Tina Herbeck

Joyful Tidings!

Today we are spreading joy with an adorable snow globe card by Tina!

To create this adorable card, Tina first stamped the image of the snowman from our Snow Much Cheer Stamp Set. She colored the snowman in cheerful colors, giving her a pink and white scarf, hat and mittens! She cut the image out using the coordinating Snow Much Cheer Die Set.

Next, she cut out a snow globe using our our Snow Globe Shaker Die Set. She used white paper for the top and a shimmery sliver paper for the bottom piece! She also cut out some of the tiny snowflake shaker shapes from a sparkly white paper. 

For her card base she ink blended a panel using blue distress inks, leaving the edges darker and the middle lighter to showcase the snow globe. She also added a texture of tiny snowflakes using our Petite Snow Stencil with texture paste. She left a spot near the top to stamp the message "joyful tidings" from the Heartfelt Holidays Stamp Set. Then she assembled all the pieces together, adding some die cut snowflakes inside the globe and some in the sky! 

This magical greeting would be so fun to receive this holiday season!

Clean & Simple Christmas Home Card by Farhana Sarker

Home for Christmas! 

Today we are sharing a clean and simple card by Farhana that reminds us of heading home for the holidays!

For this sweet and simple card, she started out by coloring the image of the house and trees laden with snow from our Holiday Home Stamp Set. This set also features a cluster of trees with snow on them and she stamped and colored that image twice so she could layer one on either side of the house. She used our Holiday Home Die Set to cut out the images. 

Here is a look at the copic colors she used: 

For the message she stamped "Merry Christmas" from the Snow Much Cheer Stamp Set, embossing it in white onto a piece of black cardstock and cut around the edge by hand. 

She also addedd a beautiful snowy texture on her card base. To create this she used our Petite Snow Stencil and dry embossed it using a die cutting machine. This really adds a subtle, yet stunning effect to this clean and simple card!

Snowy Christmas Scene by Farhana Sarker

Snow for Christmas! 

Today we are sharing gorgeous snowy scene by Farhana that is sure to delight. This scene reminds me of traveling home for Christmas on a snowy day, car loaded with goodies! 

For this fun card she started out by coloring the image of the truck laden with Christmas cheer from our Holiday Haul Stamp Set. She chose to color the truck blue and made the gifts traditional red and green with some yellow and blue highlights too. The image was then die cut out using our Holiday Haul Die Set. Here are the copic colors she used if you'd like to try them:

Next, she created an amazing backdrop for the truck to drive into. She started by inking a blue sky and then added a line of trees across the card using our new Christmas Tree Line Stencil. She then used our Petite Snow Stencil to add white snowflakes over the top with white texture paste. Doesn't it look magical!? She finished off the scene by adding a hill along the bottom, leaving room for the "Merry Christmas" sentiment from our Heartfelt Holidays Stamp Set.

Let it Snow Card by Tatiana Trafimovich

Let it Snow!

It's never too early to get a jump start on Holiday! Today we are sharing an adorable winter scene by Tatiana featuring our  Newton's Curious Christmas Stamp Set. 

Tatiana began by coloring the adorable winter image of the kitty and snowman from the Newton's Curious Christmas Stamp Set in lovely soft colors. She added details with a white gel pen and then fussy cut the image out by hand. If you don't like to fussy cut there is a coordinating Newton's Curious Christmas Die Set available. 

To create this lovely snowy scene card, Tatiana ink blended the background panel using pinks and purples. Next she added snowflakes using our Petite Snow Stencil with a white texture paste along the top of the panel. She also added some crystal glitter drops to add sparkle and dimension to the snowy sky. 

She used our Land Borders Die Set to cut out white hills for the snowy scene. Then she added tiny trees using the images from our Snow Globe Scenes Stamp Set, trimming them out using the coordinating Snow Globe Scenes Die Set.  The "let it snow" sentiment is also from the Snow Globe Scenes Stamp Set.

A Cozy Story Time Card by Farhana Sarker

A Cozy Story Time! 

Today we are enjoying a cozy storytime card by Farhana that is sure to make warm you up on a cold day!

For this fun card she features the image of the girl reading and drinking a warm beverage from our Sips & Stories Stamp Set. She colored the image, giving her a fun red sweater, and cut it out using the coordinating  Sips & Stories Die Set. 

For her card background she started with a white panel and used our Serene Stripes Stencil to dry emboss the striped pattern by pressing it through her die cutting machine. Then she used the snow globe shape from our Snow Globe Shaker Die Set to cut a window out of the panel.  She made this window into a shaker shape, adding sparkly snowflakes to the background using our Petite Snow Stencil. She also added little snowflake and circle shapes too. Isn't this so pretty? It looks like she is gazing out into a snowy day!

 

The final touch is the sentiment "I'm so glad that you're part of my story" which is embossed in gold onto black cardstock and carefully cut out by hand. 

This card is perfect to send a friend to let them know you are thinking of them during the cold winter days!

Piles of Warm Winter Wishes Card by Samantha Mann

 

Piles of Warm Winter Wishes!

Is it cold where you live? We are having some very cold weather this week in Wisconsin so this card by  If you are still in the mood for fall, this amazing card by Samantha is perfect!

For this adorable card today, she features the wobbly pile of penguins from our Penguin Pile Stamp Set. She colored them is fun bright colors, making the penguins teal! How fun! She use the coordinating Penguin Pile Die Set to cut them out and added them onto her fun winter card.

On the card base, she created a fun wintery scene. She used distress inks to create a blue sky and then added layers of snow drifts using our Land Borders Die Set and Sea Borders Die Set to cut the curvy edges. Then she used our Petite Snow Stencil to add even more snow! The sentiment "piles of warm winter wishes" is from the Penguin Pile Stamp Set and she embossed it in white onto a speech bubble that was cut out using our Speech Bubbles Die Set.

Cozy Winter Fawns Card by Tina Herbeck

Cozy Woodland Deer

Today Tina has created an adorable woodland winter scene that is perfect for sending warm and cozy wishes on a winter day!

For this fun card she started by stamping and coloring the duo of fawns from our Deer Friend Stamp Set. She cut the images out using the coordinating Deer Friend Die Set. Next, she created a winter scene for them to nestle in. She started with a wintery sky that was created using our Petite Snow Stencil with white texture paste over a blue inked background. She left a spot in the sky to add in the "Peace, Love, & Joy" sentiment, stamped and embossed from our Heartfelt Holidays Stamp Set. This panel was cut out using our Frames & Flags Die Set to give it a sweet scalloped edge. Next, she added a snowy hill along the bottom, using our Land Borders Die Set to create the hill and again the Frames & Flags Die Set to match up the edge with the background. 

For the forest of trees she used the tall tree die cut from our Forest Scene Builder Die Set. After the trees were cut she colored them by hand to give them some dimension. What a lovely effect!

The final touch is a sprinkle of white paint splatters over the trees and deer. These sweet little deer look so cozy snuggled up in the snow! The recipient of this card is sure to feel the warm and cozy wishes!

Winter Birds Card by Tatiana Trafimovich

Sing a Song of Snowflakes! 

Today we are sharing a gorgeous winter card by Tatiana featuring that pretty cardinal from our Winter Birds Stamp Set. 

For this card, she colored the bird in gorgeous bright colors with copic markers. She also colored the branch and some leaves and berries using the Winter Birds Stamp Set along with some holly from the Poinsettia Blooms Stamp Set. She die cut all these pieces out using the coordinating  Winter Birds Die Set and Poinsettia Blooms Die Set and then clustered them all together along the branch to create a cozy scene for the cardinal. She added little white snow splatters over the image using white gesso and a paintbrush. 

For the background, She inked a panel with some light blue ink and then used our Petite Snow Stencil with white texture paste to create a snowy sky. She also added some gold and white paint splatters to the sky. IN the lower corner, she added the sentiment "Sing a song of Snowflakes" from the Winter Birds Stamp Set in gold. 

What a beautiful creation! This card definitely captures a cold winter day and makes it feel magical!
