Tulips for Easter

It's tulip season and today Donna is inspiring us with a gorgeous tulip card featuring our Tulips Stamp Set and Spring Blooms Paper Pad. 

She colored the pretty bundle of tulips using alcohol markers in shades of pink, purple and yellow to match the tulips on the page of paper from our  Spring Blooms Paper Pad. She layered the tulip image over an oval (using our Oval Frames Die Set) and then added the paper below that.  

For the sentiment she choose "Easter Blessings" from our Easter Lily Stamp Set, stamping it onto a small rounded rectangle that was die cut using our Basic Frames Die Set. 

We love how the tulips coordinatine perfectly with the patterned paper!

Spring Daisies Card by Larissa Heskett

Pretty Blooms to Celebrate Spring!

Spring is the perfect time to send greetings filled with flowers! Today we are sharing inspiration with a card by Larissa using our Daisies Die Set.

Larissa die cut multiple daisy blooms and leaves using our Daisies Die Set and layered them into a trio of flowers. She inked the leaves in two tones of green and added inked edges and pink glitters to the flower centers. So pretty! 

For her card she started with a white card base and added a pretty blue polka dot paper from our Pastel Basics Paper Pad along the top and then she added black ink splatters over the whole card front. For the sentiment she chose "rejoice in spring" from our Easter Lily Stamp Set.

Easter Blessings Card by Tatiana Trafimovich

Sweet Easter Blessings

Today we are sharing a beautiful card by Tatiana that is perfect for sending greetings for Easter. 

To create this lovely card she started by stamping images from our Newton's Easter Basket Stamp Set. She chose to feature the image of the kitty in the easter basket wearing bunny ears and also stamped several extra eggs and chicks to add to her scene. She colored all the images in gorgeous soft colors and added accents with a white gel pen. She cut the images out using the coordinating Newton's Easter Basket Die Set. 

Next, she created a soft ink blended background and added some white splatters to it using white gouache. She cut the panel out using our A7 Frames & Banners Die Set to separate it into three stitched rectangles. She then adhered those to a white cardstock base and layered the images on top. So pretty! 

For the message she used the sentiment from our Easter Lily Stamp Set. She split it in two sections, stamping the word "Easter" directly onto the panel and embossing the word "blessings" in white onto a small black rectangle.

Easter Blessings Card by Larissa Heskett

Easter Blessings

Today we are sharing a sweet Easter card by Larissa, just in time for the Easter Holiday!

This fun Easter greeting features the big circle image from our Spring Roundabout Stamp Set. Larissa colored all the fun little Easter themed icons in the circle and added white gel pen highlights. She then cut the image out and gave it a fun teal scalloped frame using our Circle Frames Die Set. 

For the background she features the pretty purple floral printed paper from our Spring Blooms Paper Pad. She cut it to fit just inside her card base and then added some black paint splatters and gems to give a fun bit of extra detail. 

The finishing touch is the sentiment "Easter Blessings" from our Easter Lily Stamp Set, stamped into the lower corner.

Welcome Spring Lily Card by Maria Russell

Welcome Spring!

Are spring flowers in bloom where you live yet? Today we inspired by spring flowers on this gorgeous card by Maria! She has created a gorgeous lily card featuring our Lilies and a cheerful spring theme!

For the lilies, she stamped the bouquet from our Easter Lily Stamp Set twice and colored it in lovely tones of pink, adding speckles too! She cut the images out using the coordinating Easter Lily Die Set. 

To create the lovely slimline card, she cut out the scallop edged panel using the largest die from our Slimline Frames & Portholes Die Set. She masked the edges and then filled the inside of the shape with that lovely pattern using our Basketweave Stencil with light blue ink. Then she added a floral bouquet to each side. She also added some die cut green leaves using our Flower Trio Die Set, added behind each bunch of flowers. For the sentiment in the center, she stamped "Welcome Spring" from our Spring Roundabout Stamp Set and embossed it in white. The black banner was die cut out using our Banner Trio Die Set.

Missing You Card by Ellen Haxelmans

Missing You...

Today Ellen has created a gorgeous fall card using a spring floral stamp! The wonderful thing about our Easter Lily Stamp Set, is that you can use it way beyond spring, just by changing the colors of the blooms. For this card Ellen colored the flowers in autumn shades of yellow and orange. She used the coordinating Easter Lily Die Set to cut the image out to layer onto her card.



For the card base she created a fun background pattern by using our Tree Rings Stencil and Banner Trio Die Set (see details below). She layered this over a scallop edged panel that was cut out with our Frames & Flags Die Set. The finishing touch is the sentiment "missing you" from our Heartfelt Essentials Stamp Set, added onto a lime green banner, also cut out using our Banner Trio Die Set. 

Tips on creating this card

Below we have some tips from Ellen on how this card was created:

1. (left photo) First I die cut out 5 banners using the Banner Trio Die Set and placed them evenly on purple tape. Next I blended brown distress ink on top. After that I placed the Tree Rings Stencil over the banners and blended the same colors through the stencil.
2. (center photo) It's easy to stretch flower stamps by using season themed colors. I colored the lily from the Easter Lily Stamp Set with Zig markers. Orange lilies are perfect for a fall card!
3. (right photo) As last step the text from the Heartfelt Essentials Stamp Set was white heat embossed on a banner from Banner Trio Die Set.

Congratulations Gift Bag with Lilies by Larissa Heskett

Lovely Lilies for a Congratulation Gift!

Today Larissa has created a gorgeous gift bag that is perfect for celebrating a special day! She used the beautiful image of lilies from our new Easter Lily Stamp Set and colored them in simple tones, leaving the lilies white but adding yellow to the centers and green to the leaves. She used the coordinating Easter Lily Die Set to cut out the image and layered it onto a tag that was cut out using our Tags Times Two Die Set. She added some splatters of blue onto the tag that really help the lilies pop! She stamped the "congratulations" sentiment from our Bitty Bibs Stamp Set and layered it over the image. She finishes off the little gift tote by adding a cluster of blue and gold decorative ribbons to the top!

Isn't this such a fun way to dress up a little gift? The recipient would definitely feel very special to receive this!

 Samantha created a gorgeous Easter card featuring the lilies from the Easter Lily Stamp Set. She stamped and cut it out twice and created a beautiful tall flower stack. Behind the flowers she used our Sunscape Stencil with distress inks and sparkle to create a fun sun ray effect!

 Tatiana created a cute mini circle card using the Hello Spring Stamp Set. She masked and stamped the floral branch from the image twice so it frames the circle on top and bottom. The bright colors she used are so perfect for an upbeat Spring greeting!

Tina created this stunning floral Easter card using the flowers from the new Easter Lily Stamp Set. She stamped and cut the image twice and positioned it in opposite directions to create a beautiful bundle of soft pink lilies. For the scalloped edge she used our Frames & Flags Die Set.

Zsofia created this adorable spring card featuring the sweet new Hello Spring Stamp Set. The cute little image from this 2x3 set fits perfectly on the tag from our Fancy Edges Tag Die Set. A pretty plaid paper and some doilies make the perfect background too!

This gorgeous floral cross is perfect for sending an Easter blessing! Andrea stamped the floral image from the Easter Lily Stamp Set four times and arranged it in each direction to create this amazing card. The sentiment is stamped onto a purple circle cut out using our Frames Squared Die Set and the lightly inked purple background ties it all together!

This sweet Spring shaker card was created by Maria. She used distress inks and pastes with our Petite Flowers Stencil to create a gorgeous ombré background. Then she die cut out a decorative square using our Frames Squared Die Set to make the shaker window. She added the sweet image from the Hello Spring Stamp Set underneath the shaker and embellished it with a bow from the new Baby Bib Die Set on the top!

This elegant Spring card by Amanda is so lovely. She features the bundle of flowers from the new Easter Lily Stamp Set, layering them over a yellow banner from our Frames & Flags Die Set. The postage edged purple banner was cut out using our Framework Die Set and she added a subtle pattern to it using our Gingham Stencil. So simple and stunning!

Ellen creates this lovely clean and simple card featuring that cute image from the Hello Spring Stamp Set. She colors the image in fun neutral tones with accents of pink and blue and then frames it with a pink scalloped frame using our Frames & Flags Die Set. Floral die cuts in each corner using the flowers from our Flower Trio Die Set add a fun touch of Spring whimsy!

This stunning Easter card was created by Larissa. She features the floral bunch from the new Easter Lily Stamp Set, stamping and coloring it twice so she can position it in opposite directions to create a beautiful strip of flowers across the top of her card. The light blue distress ink behind them really makes them pop. She frames the card with a scalloped edge using our Frames & Flags Die Set.

The rainbow ombré flower background on this card by Naki is so gorgeous! She created is using texture paste and distress inks with our new Petite Flowers Stencil. She adds on the cute image from the new Hello Spring Stamp Set on the top, embossed and colored on vellum.
