Birthday Card and Bookmark for a Dog Lover!
Today we are sharing an adorable birthday creation by Zsofia that is perfect for a dog lover!
For this fun card, she knew her card recipient loved dogs so she created a custom dog themed greeting. She started by die cutting the dachshund silhouette using our Dog Silhouettes Die Set. She then cut out a tag using our Fancy Edges Tag Die Set. This fun tag die set includes options to create borders and pieces to go around the hole of the tag and she added those fun elements, using the dog themed paper for the top border from our A Dog's Life Paper Pad. So fun!
She added the dog onto the tag, pairing him with some balloons cut out of glittery papers. She layered it over a fun red balloon background paper that was cut out from our Birthday Party Paper Pad using our Frames & Flags Die Set. She also used the Frames & Flags Die Set to cut out a little blue banner and added the "Happy Birthday" onto the banner using a sentiment stamp from our Birthday Oval Stamp Set.
To make this project even more fun, she created a coordinating bookmark for the recipient. She cut out the bookmark and paw print using our Bookmark Die Set. Then she added on the same dachshund die cut from our Dog Silhouettes Die Set and cut out letters to spell a name using our Essential Alphabet Die Set.
