 Amanda created a super cute card featuring the papa bear and baby bear from our Papa Bear Stamp Set: 

This adorable card would be perfect for Father's Day or just to let someone know you care. She added the necktie and bow to the bears, also from the Papa Bear Stamp Set and layered them onto a vellum tag. She used several of our dies and stencils to create a fun layered card layout with fun patterns. Detailed product list below.

Next, Samantha has created a Holiday card using retiring Ornamental Newton Stamp Set stamp set!

This slimline card layout is so perfect for showcasing the images of Newton hanging from the branches of the christmas tree! She even added a bit of flock to the branches for texture! She also used our retiring Ornaments Stencil with white paste on the white card base to add a fun tone on tone pattern in the background! Detailed product list below.

Happy Father's Day Card by May Guest Designer Jeannean Marshall

For the last week of my guest designer series, I'm flying in with Winston Takes Flight stamp set, making a fun Father's day card with a hidden sentiment. Additional sentiments on the card come from Papa Bear stamp set.

Interest is added by stenciling white pigment ink clouds onto the blue cover panel. After die cutting the slider track and plane banner into the sky panel, it is easy to stamp the banner outline and sentiment through it onto the card base. The image is colored with Copic markers, and Glossy accents on Winston's goggles adds an amusing touch.

This plane is the perfect size to hide the banner sentiment, giving Dad a fun surprise note!

It has been my absolute pleasure to play with Newton's Nook Designs' sweet images, and I hope I am able to inspire you to play also!

Father's Day Card by Samantha Mann

Happy Father's Day!

Don't forget to create a card for your favorite Papa Bear! Today we are sharing an adorable Father's Day card by Samantha featuring those cute bears from our Papa Bear Stamp Set! She used the image of the papa bear with the baby bear on his shoulders and the little bear from the set. She nestled the images together, cutting them out using the coordinating Papa Bear Die Set. She added the cute tie the the papa bear and gave the little bear a heart too, also from the same set. 

For the gorgeous background she layered two of our stencils! She started by creating a blue sunray background using our Sunscape Stencil, then she layered clouds over the top using white texture paste with our Cloudy Sky Stencil. So fun!

The finishing touch is the sentiment, stamped onto a vellum speech bubble that was cut out using our Speech Bubbles Die Set. What a fabulous card to give to a special Dad!

Personalized Birthday Card by Tatiana Trafimovich

Birthday Balloons!!

Today we are sharing a fun way to create a personalized birthday card by Tatiana! She started out by creating a whole bunch of colorful balloons in the background. She creatively used the top part of the die that goes with the balloon from our Fabulous Frenchies Die Set to create a quick stencil and then inked the colorful balloons using distress inks. Then she carefully used just the balloon string from the balloon stamp from our Fabulous Frenchies Stamp Set to stamp on the strings! So creative!

Then, for the big balloon in the center of the card she used the balloon die cut from our Balloon Shaker Die Set, inking it up with distress inks. She added the number 18 from the Essential Alphabet Die Set. She added the "it's your birthday" sentiment embossed on a piece of black cardstock using our Newton’s Birthday Bash Stamp Set. She also used the birthday hat from this set, placing it over the 8. The bow tie is from the Papa Bear Stamp Set and the star die cuts were cut out using the stars from the Cosmic Newton Die Set.

You could easily make this card for any age, just by changing the number! So creative!

Mr Jawsome Card by Nakaba Rager

Mr. Jawsome! 

This funny shark card by Naki today will definitely put a smile on your face!  She started out by coloring a cluster of sharks from our big Shark Frenzy Stamp Set! This set has a whole panel of sharks to fill your card front but for this card, Naki colored and fussy cut out just a small section of the large image to add to her card! This is a great way to get more use out of those big images! Once her sharks were ready to add to her card she layered them with several layers of waves that were cut out of vellum using our Sea Borders Die Set. She added a pop of red with a tiny hear and a bow tie on the shark in the center! Both of these shapes were created using our Papa Bear Stamp Set and coordinating Die Set. Isn't that bow tie on the shark so cute!? Then, she finished her card with a custom "Mr. Jawsome" Sentiment, created using our Essential Alphabet Die Set.

Happy Father's Day Fly By Card by Juliana Michaels

Happy Father's Day!

Do you have all of your Father's Day cards done and in the mail? Or are you still scrambling for ideas? This card by Juliana is too cute, and just perfect for the dad in your life! Winston steals the show here in his bright red plane against the gorgeous background made with the Cloudy Sky Stencil. The blue clouds are just perfect and I really love the texture and interest of her black frame! She used the Framework Die set to create some impressions onto black cardstock and the effect is incredible! The sentiment from Winston Takes Flight was combined with one from Papa Bear, and it really finishes off this perfect Father's Day card!

Father's Day Card by June Guest Designer Megan Quinn

Today we have our first post from our June Guest Designer, Megan Quinn! You may have seen Megans adorable cards as solyciela on Instagram. We are super excited to have her join us this month! Hi everyone and happy Monday! I am guest designing for Newton’s Nook for the month of June and I am so happy to be here! Father’s Day is only a couple of weeks away. With that in mind, I thought that the new Papa Bear Stamp Set by Newton’s Nook would be perfect to use. I started out by stamping the sweet daddy bear with the cub on his shoulders and the solo baby bear images on smooth white cardstock using a Copic friendly ink. I then colored the images using my Copic markers and cut them out using the coordinating Papa Bear Die Set. (I just love coordinating die sets! Don’t you?!)

I wanted to create a wilderness scene for the adorable little bears. I created depth by sponging the cardstock pieces with Distress Oxide Inks and again used my Copic markers to color the die cut flowers. I heat embossed one of the sentiments from the same set in white embossing powder and added some small die cut hearts for a pop of color. After building my scene on the front panel, I adhered it to a contrasting color of cardstock to highlight the main panel. To finish off the front of the card, I popped the front panel up using foam tape and adhered it to a wood grain patterned paper panel.

I always try to do something special on the inside of my cards in order to carry over the theme from the front of the card to where I will personalize the card for the recipient. I did this by die cutting a grassy border and sponging it again with Distress Oxide Ink and adhering it to a piece of aqua cardstock. I heat embossed one of the sentiments from the Papa Bear Stamp Set in white embossing powder and glued down the other cub image that I previously colored.

To add some fun shine to the bears, I used Glossy Accents on their noses, a black gel pen for their eyes, and a white gel pen for highlights. Holly created this adorable Father's Day Card using the cute bears from our Papa Bear Stamp Set. She added on some fun patterned paper frames that she cut out using our new Framework Die Set. She finished off the card with the "Happy Father's Day" sentiment stamped onto a flag from our Frames & Flags Die Set.

This card by Samantha is perfect for sending out a Father's Day wish! She used the cute bears from the new Papa Bear Stamp Set. For her card, she created a fun scene using a grass border that she cut out using our Land Borders Die Set. she colored the grass and sky with distress inks and added the "#1 Papa Bear" sentiment from the Papa Bear Stamp Set. 

Larissa created this fun night sky scene using the bear and cub from our new Papa Bear Stamp Set as the focal point for her card. She surrounded them with a star die cut (from another brand) and placed them in front of a starry sky. She layered clouds across the bottom using our Sky Borders Die Set and added the "I love you beary much" sentiment from the new Papa Bear Stamp Set.

Tatiana created a shaker card that's perfect for a cool Dad!  She used our new Framework Die Set to create the shaker frame and added lots of ties, bow ties and hearts inside using images from our new Papa Bear Stamp Set. She also used the cute bear and cub image from the new Papa Bear Stamp set and added them in front of the shaker. Too finish off the card she added the word "DAD" to the front using our Essential Alphabet Die Set.

This card by Amanda is beary cute! She used the bear and his cubs from the Papa Bear Stamp Set, coloring them in soft blacks. Then she die cut them using the coordinating die set and added them onto her card. She also used our Framework Die Set to create the fun white scalloped frame.

This card by Maria is perfect for a cheerful Father's Day wish. She added the trio of bears from our new Papa Bear Stamp Set. It's so cute how she added the tie onto the father bear! She created a fun sunny scene for them too, adding clouds in the sky using a template cut out from our Sky Borders Die Set. 

Ellen created an awesome night scene for her Father's Day Card. She used the cute bear and cub from the new Papa Bear Stamp Set and created a grassy layer for them to play in using our Land Borders Die Set. She added in a starry night sky behind them using our Starfield Stencil and added the word "DAD" using our Essential Alphabet Die Set. She framed the whole scene using the new postage edge die cut from our Framework Die Set. 

Naki created a whole family of little bear cubs on her adorable card! She stamped the cubs from the new Papa Bear Stamp Set and put four of them in a row, adding bow ties and bows to them too! So cute! She created the "We Love You" sentiment using the Essential Alphabet Die Set. Then she framed the whole scene using the new postage edge die cut from our Framework Die Set. 

This adorable Father's Day card by Jennifer is perfect for a dad of two! She used the Bear and cubs from the new Papa Bear Stamp Set, stamping and coloring the bears onto kraft paper. She also added a tiny heart in the bears paw! So cute!
