November Reveals - Day 2 - Winter Woofs

Today is our first reveal day for our November Release and we're sharing our fun new Winter Woofs Stamp Set today! We have a giveaway too so make sure you read all the way to the bottom of this post to see how to win!

Winter Woofs

Ready, Set, Snow! This adorable 4 x 6 stamp set features three cute pups playing in the cold weather! The labrador is ready to go ice skating, the Corgi is headed out on his sled, and the Husky wants to build a snowman! These whimsical images will be so fun to color and are perfect for sending winter wishes to all the dog lovers in your life!

The two pups on this card by Tatiana are having so much fun in the snow! She used the two doggies from the new Winter Woofs set to create this scene. She also used our Land Borders Die Set to create those fun snowy hills!

Jennifer created this delightful card with the Corgi sledding down the hill! She added a scalloped border using the new Frames & Flags Die set (revealed here yesterday). She also added in some snowflakes using the little snowflake confetti dies from the Snow Globe Shaker Die Set. 

The pup on this card by Samantha looks so cozy in his winter scarf! She used the pup from the new Winter Woofs set and added some fun snowflakes too. Then she added the sentiment in a banner cut out using the new Frames & Flags Die Set (revealed here yesterday).

Maria created such a cheerful snowy scene for the pup to build a snowman in! She used the images from our new Winter Woofs set and created a fun scalloped border using the the new Frames & Flags Die Set (revealed here yesterday).

This beautiful winter scene was created by Ellen! She used the pup from our new Winter Woofs set along with some trees from the Fox Hollow Stamp Set. She also used the Land Borders Die Set to create some snowy hills. She framed the whole scene with a scalloped edged panel cut out with the new Frames & Flags Die Set (revealed here yesterday).

Larissa created a cute ornament using our new Winter Woofs Stamp set! She added her image onto a little flat wood circle and drilled a hole in the top make it into an ornament! what a fun idea for a unique tag or gift! 

Juliana created this charming snowy card featuring the corgi on the sled from the new Winter Woofs Stamp Set. She also added a fun snowy background using the Snowfall Stencil and a snowy  hill using the Land Borders Die Set. She trimmed out the stitched rectangle, red scalloped border and banner using the new Frames & Flags Die Set (revealed here yesterday). 

Holly created this adorable winter scene using two of the dog images from the new Winter Woofs Stamp Set. She added them to a scene with a fun watercolored sky background and a snowy hill created using the Land Borders Die Set. 

This pretty plaid card was created by Amanda! She coordinated colors she used on  the scarf on the pup from the Winter woofs stamp set with the fun patterned paper she used for the background. She cut out the stitched rounded rectangle, scalloped background panel and banner using the new Frames & Flags Die Set (revealed here yesterday). 

This snowy winter scene was created by Naki. She used such soft pretty tones to color the husky and snowman from the new Winter Woofs Stamp set. Then she trimmed out the stitched rounded rectangle and banner using the  new Frames & Flags Die Set (revealed here yesterday).

November Reveals - Day 1 - Cup of Cocoa and Frozen Fellowship + NEW die sets

Cup of Cocoa

Send warm hot chocolate greetings with this yummy 4 x 6 stamp set. Some days call for Hot Chocolate and that's what this set is all about! These adorable little mugs will be so fun to color and use to send warm wishes to all the chocolate lovers in your life! This set has a variety of mug designs that can be used in the winter and throughout the whole year, whenever a "hug in a mug" is needed!

Frozen Fellowship

What's better than one snowman? How about a whole crowd of Snowmen! This fun 4 x6 stamp set includes one giant snowman stamp that is the just the right size to fill your card front! Add on the fun sentiments and that's all you need for a quick and cute winter card! The large snowman stamp also fits perfectly inside the scalloped frame die from our Flags and Frames die set.

Fancy Edges Tag Die Set

Create your own custom tag shapes with this fun set. This set features one large tag that is the perfect size for holding many of our stamped character images. After you die cut the tag, try cutting it again with one for the four mini stitched borders to create different tag bottoms. This set also includes a tag hole reinforcement circle and two fun decorative tabs that can be used to embellish the hole on the tag.

This set also includes three banner dies that are perfect for adding onto your cards and are a great size to stamp sentiments inside.

This sweet snowman card is by Juliana! She used such fun bright colors on those snowmen from the new Frozen Fellowship Stamp Set! She also used the new Frames & Flags die set to cut out the fun scalloped card panel and the little banner too!

Maria created a whole set of adorable tags using our new Fancy Edges Tag Die Set. Isn't it cute how you can dress up the tags with different borders!?  Then she added a fun mug onto each tag using the cute mugs from the new Cup of Cocoa Stamp set. She also added a little bow to each tag using our Pines & Holly Die Set.

This adorable ornament tag was created by Tatiana! She used the big snowmen from the new Frozen Fellowship Stamp set and colored them in fun holiday colors to create a background for this fun circle shaker! 

Ellen features our new Cup of Cocoa Stamp Set on this adorable holiday card! She colored the mugs in fun holiday colors and then added them to the card with the peppermint sentiment and the word "cheers" from the Cocktail Mixer Die Set. She also added some green scalloped borders using the Sky Borders Die Set and some snowflakes in the background using the Snowfall Stencil. 

The pink, mint and black color combo on this card by Samantha is so cute! She colored all those adorable snowmen from the new Frozen Fellowship Stamp Set and trimmed out that fun scalloped card panel using the new Frames & Flags Die Set!

Be Merry Card by November Guest Designer Kelly Latelova

Hello Crafters! 

Happy Monday! 

It's been a crazy weekend here. 

It rained for 16 hours straight and then conveniently turned into a smallish blizzard. 

Ohio weather, Honestly. 

Since we were having such fantastic winter weather I was feeling a bit more in the Christmas spirit. 

How could I not be with these adorable Santa Paws looking me in the face?!

First I wanted to show you that I did not actually ruin my Stencil with last week's glimmer paste lol. 

It worked perfectly to create a night sky for this card. 

I laid down a light layer of distress ink then laid the stencil on and covered it with a heavier layer of the same colors. This tone on tone look is simple but really creates a lot of interest. 

The second thought was to stick with traditional Christmas colors and effortless coloring. Usually when I color I use 4 colors. Not this time. 

It was actually really hard for me to keep it to two markers haha! 

However, I know not everyone has the markers I have so I wanted to show you that you can still get awesome results without  crazy amount of markers. 

I loved pairing the Christmas Delivery with this Santa Paws. I think they make such a cute scene for a playful Christmas card! Don't you? 

There will be a video for this card later in the week I just ran out of time guys. Sorry!

Cozy Fireplace Card Tutorial by Ellen Haxelmans

Today Ellen is sharing a instructions on how to make a scene with a floor and wallpaper on your card! She created this amazing card featuring our Fireside Friends Stamp Set. Scroll down for details on how you can create a scene like this!


Instructions:

1. First you stamp out your images for your scene. I used Fireside Friends and a mice from Santa Paws Newton. The sentiment is from Sentiments of the Season.

2. Than you draw a horizontal line which best represents the dividing line between the floor and the wall. After this you put a pencil point somewhere in the center. This point will be your viewpoint. Measure on the bottom points that are evenly spaced. Connect these points to your central point.

3. To make your perspective better you draw now horizontal lines. Be sure you space the lines more closer to each other, than below.

4. Color your tiles. First I colored the darker tiles with Copic Markers C07, C05 and C04

5. Then color the lighter tiles. The Copic markers I used for these are C03, C02, C0.

6. The last thing to do is to create your wallpaper. I simply covered the images and tiles with post it notes and distress inked my background. After the base was finished I did the same thing but with the Waves Stencil.
