Boo Owl Card!

Happy Saturday! Hope you are having a good weekend! We are excited to have our new set Boo Crew up on our site for sale - this set is one of my favorites so far -- probably because I really LOVE Halloween!  

For the card today, I used a die to punch a circle out of card stock. Then I held the paper (the negative part with the circle cut out) in place on white card stock with a piece of removable tape.  Next I used sponges and yellow and orange ink pads to sponge inside the circle. When you get it the color you like, remove the template and you have a pretty circle "sun."  

Then I stamped and colored the owl on a different piece of card stock and cut him out to layer over the sun! I added in some sticky star embellishments and the "boo" sentiment. What do you think? Perfect for Halloween?

September Release Preview Day!

Yay! It's Preview Day!

Today I'm so excited to post a preview of our releases this month Boo Crew and Magical Dreams - Over the next couple of days we're going to showcase these two sets with our whole design team- so get ready for some Halloween fun! 

Boo Crew

Get ready for some Halloween Cuteness!  For this set Newton and his friends dress up in their favorite outfits for Halloween! I have to admit Halloween is probably my favorite Holiday. We go crazy with our house for Halloween, decorating the front yard with a graveyard and fog machines to spook all the trick-or-treaters so as you can imagine, I had a ton of fun illustrating this set! Here's a preview of what's to come! Check back tomorrow (Wednesday) to see the rest of this set and projects made by our Design Team!

This card  by Crafty Math Chic was our top pick this month. What stood out was how she used the little fish and yarn stamps make the background patterns! I loved that!
