A Woodland Christmas Greeting by Jennifer Jackson

Merry Christmas!

Hello! Jen here today with a lovely Christmas card with a woodsy feel! Perfect for the nature lover!

To create this card I started by stamping the image of the deer wearing the holiday wreath from our Festive Fawns Stamp Set. I colored the image with copic markers and then cut it out using the coordinating Festive Fawns Die Set. 

Next, I created a scene for the little deer to sit in. I used our Evergreens Stencil with brown ink over a kraft colored cardstock to create a fun tone on tone forest of trees. I then used our Frames & Flags Die Set to cut the tree panel and give it that nice stitched edge with rounded corners.  I then cut out a snowy hill using our Land Borders Die Set with white cardstock. I cut it again with the same stitched rectangle from  the Frames & Flags Die Set so I could line up the stitched edging. Doesn't this make a cozy scene for the deer to sit in? 

I added the sentiment "Merry Christmas" from the Sentiments of the Season Stamp Set along the top of the scene. Then I added created a panel with a fun red pattern using our Houndstooth Stencil with brown ink over a red cardstock piece. This really adds to the fun and festive feeling. The finishing touch is a piece of green twine to match the wreath!

Happy Birthday with Cycling Freinds Card by Amanda Wilcox

Riding By to Say Happy Birthday!

Today Amanda created a beautiful Birthday card with a bit of added fall flair! 

To create this fun card she started with image of the bicycling dog and kitty from our Cycling Friends Stamp Set. She colored the animal friends in neutral colors and added a bright red for the bicycle and pops of green and blue on their accessories and on the added gifts and balloons! The images were cut out using the coordinating Cycling Friends Die Set. 

Here is a close up so you can see the coloring and the fun added glossy accents!

Next she stamped and embossed the big circle of fall leaves from our Fall Roundabout Stamp Set using gold embossing powder. She inked over the image with shades of blue ink and then cut it out into a tag using our Fancy Edges Tag Die Set for the tag! So pretty! She added some twine to tie a bow and layered the tag behind the adorable friends on their bicycle! 

For the care base, she created a that background pattern using our Houndstooth Stencil. She gave it extra detail by applying Decofoil flock to the stenciled pattern! So fun! 

The finishing touch is message. She stamped the words from our  Cycling Friends Stamp Set in different colors and cut them out so she could stack them on the upper right side of the card! 

This card has so many fun details that all pair perfectly together!

Happiness is Coffee and a Good Book Card by Amanda Wilcox

A Happy Coffee Card!

Today Amanda has created a cozy coffee card with a fun fall color vibe! 

This awesome card features the girl curled up in her arm chair with three of our favorite things: a kitty, a book, and a coffee! This image is from our Sips & Stories Stamp Set. She colored the image using neutrals along with pops for teal and red for a fun color combo that feels perfect for fall! The image was cut out using the coordinating Sips & Stories Die Set. 

For her card she combined a few different elements to create a fun layout. She started by stenciling a panel of green paper with green ink using our Mugs Stencil. Then she cut the panel out using our Framework Die Set to give it that fun postage edge. 

Next, she cut out a bright golden yellow tag using our Fancy Edges Tag Die Set. She used the mini edge dies from the same set to add a brown tag topper with a zig zag edge. She also used our Houndstooth Stencil to to add a bit of pattern to the tag. 

She assembled all the pieces and added the sentiment, embossed in white onto a black banner that was cut out using our Frames & Flags Die Set. A few mini white hearts add a fun finishing touch too.

Happy Fall Card by Amy Tsuruta

Happy Fall!

Today Amy is back with another gorgeous fall creation! Her card today features the circle of leaves from our Fall Roundabout Stamp Set. Many times when we think of fall we head for the dark reds, oranges and yellows but today, Amy colored her image in a pastel color theme! Isn't it gorgeous? These colors are still perfect for fall and have a soft and cozy feeling too!

For the circle frame around the image she used our Circle Frames Die Set, adhering it with foam dimensionals to add more interest to the overall card design.

The sentiment "Happy Fall" is also from the Fall Roundabout Stamp Set and was stamped onto a banner from our Banner Trio Die Set. This tucks perfectly inside the circle! 

For the card base, she created a base that is just shy of the regular A2 size. Making it a little smaller helps accommodate the overlapping circle frame. She also added a fun patterned panel on the bottom half of her card using our Houndstooth Stencil.

New Job Card by Ellen Haxelmans

New Job Card!

Today Ellen has created a beautiful card for someone who just started a new job, complete with a little treat too!  

She started by coloring the kitty with the globe from our Newton's Graduation Stamp Set. Along with this image she added the stack s of books from the Classy Teachers Stamp Set and the single book and mug from the Sips & Stories Stamp Set. These images were all cut out using their coordinating die sets and added over a circle that was created using our Circle Frames Die Set. 

For the custom sentiment, she used the word "new" from our Loveable Laundry Stamp Set and paired with with letters cut out using our Essential Alphabet Die Set to spell "job". These words were added onto a blue banner that was cut out using our Banner Trio Die Set. 

For a bit of sparkle she created a lovely background using our Houndstooth Stencil with sparkly texture gel. 

Tips on creating this card

Below we have some tips from Ellen on how this card was created:

1. (left photo) I know someone who just got a job in a university, so searched for all things that could fit the theme of the card (Books, coffee…). Then I colored it with my Copic markers.
2. (center photo) When you want a specific sentiment it’s so easy to use the alphabet dies. Suddenly I remembered the word ‘new’ was in the Loveable Laundry baby set and that made a perfect match with the word ‘job’, which was cut out using the Essential Alphabet Die Set.
3. (right photo) The card base was created with the Houndstooth Stencil and Red Velvet Glitz Glitter Gel. For the circle I blended blue distress ink and splattered water on top.

Bonus treat!

To go with this card, Ellen also embellished a cute little apple shaped treat container! She used the same sheet that was patterned with our Houndstooth Stencil and red glitter paste and cut out a tiny tag using our Tags Times Two Die Set. She added "mew did it" from the Newton's Graduation Stamp Set and a little apple from the Classy Teachers Stamp Set! How adorable!!

Pumpkin Spice Card by Amy Tsuruta

Pumpkin Spice Season!

Do you love Pumpkin Spice? The start of pumpkin spice lattes being available really does signify Fall is nearly here! Today Amy created this gorgeous fall card featuring our Fall-ing For You Stamp Set with gorgeous pastels. The unexpected soft color palette makes this Fall card feel extra special!

The fun sentiment from the Fall-ing For You Stamp Set is the focus of her card and was stamped onto a stitched rectangle shape from our Frames & Flags Die Set. She stenciled a soft peach houndstooth pattern around the edges using our Houndstooth Stencil. At the top, she added a sweet little acorn and leaf that she die cut using our Autumn Leaves Die Set. At the bottom, she added the coffee mug and pumpkins, also from the Fall-ing For You Stamp Set.

She added in a sweet little yellow apple too, using the image from our Newton Dreams of New York Stamp Set. The whole panel was framed with a peach scalloped frame that was cut out with our Frames & Flags Die Set. 

What a gorgeous Fall creation! I hope this card inspires you to broaden your color palette for Fall!

Tatiana combines all three new products today on this adorable card! She uses both the Houndstooth Stencil and the Mugs Stencil to create background pattern layers. Then she added on the image of the girl reading from our new Sips & Stories Stamp Set, layering it over a tag that was cut out using our Fancy Edges Tag Die Set. 

Samantha creates a cozy card featuring two of the lovely ladies with their books and coffee from our new Sips & Stories Stamp Set. She colors them in gorgeous bright colors and layers them over a starry background that was created using our Cascading Stars Stencil. The girls are truly the stars of their stories!  

Zsofia created a cozy scene that any book lover would adore! She used the image of the girl reading with her coffee and kitty from our new Sips & Stories Stamp Set. She then layered the image over a circle that was cut out using our Circle Frames Die Set, adding more books along the bottom edge of the circle! For the background pattern she used the new Mugs Stencil and gave the panel a postage edge using our Framework Die Set. The sentiment gives the finishing touch, stamped on a banner that was cut out using the extra shape from our Slimline Frames & Windows Die Set. 

This cheerful slimline card was created by Ellen! She used our Slimline Frames & Portholes Die Set to cut out the colorful layers and then added two of the lovely ladies from our new Sips & Stories Stamp Set on the outside circles. For the center circle she added in the sentiment along with some more books and coffee! Such a fun and colorful card!

If you ever thought "the book was better" then you will love this card by Amanda! She features two scenes of ladies reading books and drinking coffee from our new Sips & Stories Stamp Set, framing them with scalloped edged frames and vellum using our Framework Die Set. She added in a fun coffee mug background using our new Mugs Stencil.

This sweet book themed card by Maria would be perfect to send to a friend who loves books! She features the lady dreaming of her book while drinking coffee from the new Sips & Stories Stamp Set. She adds the image onto a tag that was cut out using our Fancy Edges Tag Die Set, adding a bow from our Pines & Holly Die Set and some stars in the background using our Starfield Stencil. The card background also features some gorgeous textured mugs created with texture paste and our new Mugs Stencil.

Andrea created a lovely vertical slimline card with the fun book and coffee theme! She used our Slimline Frames & Portholes Die Set to cut out slimline layers, adding coffee cups to the frame layer using our new Mugs Stencil. Then she added two of the ladies with their coffee and books from our new Sips & Stories Stamp Set, adding the fun sentiment in the center!

The two lovely ladies on this card by Larissa are enjoying a cozy day of reading and coffee! She colored the two images from our new Sips & Stories Stamp Set in gorgeous rainbow colors and then layered them over white floorboards. Such a fun idea! She also added rainbow colored letters to the sentiment!
