Bark-ing Mad for Dog Themed Valentines!

Hello! Jen here today and I'm sharing some fun dog themed Valentine cards. 

For these cards I used the following dog themed products:

Dog Silhouettes Die Set

Love & Woofs Paper Pad

Say Woof Stamp Set

Woof Stencil

Petite Paw Prints Stencil

I thought it would be fun to combine the sentiments from our Say Woof Stamp Set with our Dog Silhouettes Die Set. For my first card I decided to do a dachshund theme. I cut out the little dachshund using the Dog Silhouettes Die Set and picked a paper with dachshunds from our Love & Woofs Paper Pad.

I  stenciled a piece of dark pink cardstock using our Woof Stencil with some white texture paste. When that was dry I grabbed our Fractured Card Layout Die and cut out the stenciled panel along with the cute dachshund paper. I also cut it out again with light pink and white cardstock for the frame and the center. Then I simply assembled all the pieces and stamped the sentiment from the Say Woof Stamp Set. 

 

For my next card I chose the labrador from our Dog Silhouettes Die Set for the main image, cutting it from black cardstock. Then I cut out a pieced of light pink cardstock to 4" x 5 1/4" and stenciled pink pawprints using our Petite Paw Prints Stencil.

To help make this card into a valentine theme I cut out several hearts using our Heart Frames Die Set using pink and gray cardstock. I added the sentiment from the Say Woof Stamp Set onto the largest heart, embossing it in white. Then I assembled the card, arranging all the hearts and the dog along the edge of the stenciled area. 

I was having fun stenciling so I created another card using our Woof Stencil. I stenciled the words in dark pink over a light pink cardstock. Then I took the same darker pink ink and lightly blended over the top to create the pink ombré effect. I cut this panel out using the large postage edged frame from the Framework Die Set. 

I cut out the cute little terrier dog from black cardstock using our Dog Silhouettes Die Set. Again, I wanted to add a heart and I cut out a big heart using the Heart Frames Die Set. I embossed the sentiment from the Say Woof Stamp Set onto the heart. I found a circle that the pup would fit into from our Circle Frame Die Set. I assembled the pieces over the stenciled background, added a vellum banner that was cut out using our Basic Frames Die Set.

For my last card I kept it super simple! I wanted to use our Card Layout 2 Die and I cut it out using light pink cardstock. Then I chose 3 different patterns from the Love & Woofs Paper Pad and cut those out using the same die. I inserted the die cut pieces back into the frame. 

I picked a sentiment from the Say Woof Stamp Set and stamped it onto a circle from the Circle Frames Die Set. Then I cut out two small hearts using the Heart Frames Die Set with a bright pink paper and added those to each side of the card. This card was so quick and easy to make!

I had a lot of fun finding ways to combine different papers and dies to create dog themed Valentine cards! I hope you are inspired to create some cards for the dog lovers in your life!

Adorable Puppy Cards by Andrea Shell

Puppy Love!

Do you love puppies? Today we are sharing TWO adorable puppy cards by Andrea today! Both of these creations feature our some of our new dog themed products along with adorable images from two of our favorite dog stamp sets! 

For the first card she created a fun little scene using the two pups sharing a bone from our Puppy Pals Stamp Set. She colored them using fun bright colors and added in sky and grass too. Then she created a layer of red using distress inks and cut a big pawprint out of it to frame the scene! The pawprint is from our Pawprint Shaker Die Set. Then she added the cute little sentiment from our Say Woof Stamp Set in the corner, adding it into a circle and making it look like a dog tag!

For her second card she featured that adorable pup from our Terrific Terriers Stamp Set. She colored that cute pup with copics, adding strokes to a fun hair texture! She cut the image out using the Terrific Terriers Die Set. She layered it over the big pawprint that was cut out of the previous card using our Pawprint Shaker Die Set. For the background she created a fun dog themed panel of pattern using our Woof Stencil with red ink and gave it a fun decorative edge using our Frames & Flags Die Set. She also added the cute sentiment from our Say Woof Stamp Set in the corner, embossing it with white on a black circle.

Happy Birthday Dog and Cat Cards by Zsofia Molnar

Happy Birthday Cards for Dog and Cat lovers!!  

Today we have a duo of birthday cards by Zsofia featuring designs for both dog and cat fans! These two cards feature the same design and type of products but different color palettes and themes! What a great way to design one card and alter it to make it work for the person you are sending it to!

For the first card she used the cute dog from our Sending Hugs Stamp Set. She cut the dog out using the coordinating Sending Hugs Die Set. This die set is special because it also cuts around the paws, allowing the dog to hold items. For this card she colored that cute cupcake to nest inside. She also added a little gift to the side. To make it even more fun, she added in a big blue balloon using our Fabulous Frenchies Stamp Set and Fabulous Frenchies Die Set. The fun dog themed background was created using distress inks in shades of green and blue with our Woof Stencil! So cute!

For the second card she used the same layout but changed the images and colors. For this one she chose the cat from our Sending Hugs Stamp Set. Again, she cut the cat out using the coordinating Sending Hugs Die Set, added another adorable cupcake tucked inside the arms and a gift to the side. And, just like the previous card, a balloon was added on using our Fabulous Frenchies Stamp Set and Fabulous Frenchies Die Set. This time she stenciled a is a cat themed background using distress inks in shades of red and yellow with our Meow Stencil! So cute!

This is such a fun idea! You could create a whole series of these in different colors and be ready with birthday cards for all the dog and cat fans in your life!

June Reveals - Day 2 - Say Woof Stamp Set, Pawprint Shaker Die Set and Woof Stencil

Today is our second reveal day for our June Release and today we are sharing fun new dog themed products! We revealed this fun set yesterday but we wanted to share it again today since it also goes perfectly with the Say Woof Stamp Set revealed today! This set includes a die cut for the acetate and for the frame to make Pawprint shaker cards easily. The three confetti dies are perfect for creating tiny dog and cat elements to add to the the inside of the shaker too. There are also bonus "Meow" and "Woof" word dies.

This amazing rainbow shaker card was created by Amanda. She created a rainbow background and then added the stenciled pattern onto it using our new Woof Stencil. She then added the pawprint shaker over the top using our Pawprint Shaker Die Set. She finished the card off by stamping the sentiment "You make my tail wag" from our new Say Woof Stamp Set in the corner.

Andrea created this adorable little square dog themed card! She created the fun background by embossing the pattern using our new Woof Stencil and then inking over it with blue distress ink. Then she used our Frames Squared Die Set to cut it into the stitched square. She added on the pawprint using our Pawprint Shaker Die Set, embossing the sentiment from the new Say Woof Stamp Set inside the paw. Then she added on that cute little pup from our Sending Hugs Stamp Set int the corner, tucking a bone into his paws that was cut using the confetti die from our Pawprint Shaker Die Set. 

This card by Tatiana is so lovely with the mix of bright pastel and neutrals! She used our newWoof Stencil with various ink colors to create a fun background. Then she made it into a shaker, cutting out the frame using our Frames & Flags Die Set. She filled the shaker with little confetti shapes using our Pawprint Shaker Die Set. She also used this die set to cut out the pawprint and "woof" that was added to the front. The sentiment stamped in black is from our new Say Woof Stamp Set.

Maria created this awesome dog themed card, perfect for a dog lover! She created the fun background using our new Woof Stencil and with white embossing paste. Then she cut the pawprint shape out of the center using our Pawprint Shaker Die Set. She added the sentiment onto the pawprint using our new Say Woof Stamp Set and added a finishing touch with the die cut word "woof" from our Pawprint Shaker Die Set.

This adorable by Holly is perfect for sending to a dog lover! She cut out two fun pawprints using our new PPawprint Shaker Die Set and layered them over each other. She added white gel pen accents and stamped the sentiment from our Say Woof Stamp Set into the lower paw. She also added the fun patterned background using our new Woof Stencil. 

This Paw-some card was created by Samantha. She used our Woof Stencil with embossing paste to create a fun textured background. Then she added on the "woof" die cut and the Shaker Shape using our new Pawprint Shaker Die Set. She filled the shaker with sparkles and added the "you are Paw-some" sentiment inside it using our new Say Woof Stamp Set.

Ellen combined so many fun products on her shaker card today. She used the new Pawprint Shaker Die Set to create that fun shaker window, embossing the sentiment inside using our new Say Woof Stamp Set. She added grass using our Land Borders Die Set and a postage edge frame using our Framework Die Set, The cute Labrador dog, bones and ball were stamped using our Fetching Friendship Stamp Set. Isn't it cool how the pawprint pops right off from the scene? 

Naki created this fun dog themed card using our new products today. She started by created a fun background using our Woof Stencil with white embossing paste. Then she layered a shaker shape over the top using our new Pawprint Shaker Die Set. She also used the confetti die in the set to add lots of little dog bones inside the shaker shape. She added the sentiment "you are paw-some" using our new Say Woof Stamp Set, stamped inside a circle that was cut out using our Frames Squared Die Set. 

This dog card by Zsofia is so fun and creative! She used our new Woof Stencil to create a fun tone on tone white textured background. Over that she added a stripe tiny pawprints and one big one using our Pawprint Shaker Die Set. She added the sentiment inside the paw using our new Say Woof Stamp Set and added the die cut "woof" using the Pawprint Shaker Die Set! So adorable!

This amazing shaker card was created by Larissa. She used our new Pawprint Shaker Die Set to cut out a big Pawprint and filled it with red and white sequins. She added the sentiment from our Say Woof Stamp Set onto the center, embossed in white. She also created a fun background using our new Woof Stencil in red and black!
