Rainy Day Slimline Card by Samantha Mann

Brighten a Rainy Day with Cute Umbrellas! 

With spring comes rainy days but this card by Samantha will make any rainy day brighter!

For this incredible rainy day card she used those cute animal shaped umbrellas from our Umbrella Pals Stamp Set. She stamped and colored all those fun animal friends in a rainbow of run colors, using the coordinating Umbrella Pals Die Set to cut them out. 

For her card base, she chose to create a slimline layout and cut out a long scalloped panel using our Slimline Frames & Portholes Die Set. Over this panel she used two stencils to create a fun rainy day sky. Along the top half she used our Raindrops Stencil with black ink for a dark rainy sky.

Along the bottom half she used our Sunscape Stencil with yellow ink and glitter paste to create the beginning of a sunny sky sneaking through. Isn't that such a fun idea!? Those rainbow colored umbrellas over the top really pop off the background. She also embossed the sentiment "You make rainy days brighter" from the Umbrella Pals Stamp Set in white over the dark area.

Hoppy Easter Card by Amanda Wilcox

 

Hoppy Easter!

Today Amanda has created and adorable card that is filled with fun easter images! 

She started out with the image of the bunny peeking around a sign from our Hoppy Greetings Stamp Set. 

This fun set has several sentiments you can stamp inside the sign and she chose to use the one that says "Hoppy Easter."She colored this adorable image in neutral tones and added pretty pink to the tulip. She also stamped and colored a the small images of Easter eggs and a second flower from this set. The images were all cut out using the coordinating Hoppy Greetings Die Set. 

Then, for that fun background she stamped the big circle image that is filled with lots of little Easter objects from our Spring Roundabout Stamp Set in several colors. She then cut parts of the image out using our Circle Frames Die Set. She chose a pink flower print from our Springtime Paper Pad and used that as her card base. Then she layered all the circle images in a grid pattern over the top. The bunny and sign are layered over that for a fun and whimsical Easter greeting!

Pitter Patter of Puppy Feet Card by Maria Russell

 

Celebrate a New Puppy! 

Today Maria is sharing an adorable card that is perfect for celebrating a new puppy! 

This card features the cute little pup, dog house and accessories from our Welcome New Dog Stamp Set. She colored all these images using neutrals and fun bright reds and greens. Then she used the coordinating Welcome New Dog Die Set to cut them out. 

She created a scene for this cute pup using our Oval Frames Die Set. She used the scalloped edge die set to frame the scene, coloring a blue edge inside the stitching and adding hand drawn details with a white gel pen. Then sue used the slightly smaller oval die to cut out a cloudy background using a piece of patterned paper from our Springtime Paper Pad. The grass was added using our Land Borders Die Set. What a perfect way to set the scene. The pup and all the puppy items were then arranged over the top. 

For the background she used our new Petite Paw Prints Stencil to create a fun inked background to add to the pet theme. The finishing touch is the sentiment "Enjoy the pitter pater of puppy feet" embossed in white onto a black square of cardstock. 

This card would be perfect for sending to a new pet parent!

Tulips Card by Larissa Heskett

 

Tulips for Spring! 

Today we are sharing a beautiful tulip card by Larissa that is perfect for celebrating spring!

She used the pretty blooms from our Tulips Stamp Set, stamping the image three times to create a whole card front full of tulips. She colored them in gorgeous purple hues and cut them out using the coordinating Tulips Die Set. 

For the card base, she inked a background using green and purple distress inks to match the stems and blooms of the tulips! So pretty! 

She added the sentiment "Springtime Wishes" along the top, also from the Tulips Stamp Set.  A few black paint splatters and sequins add the finishing touch. 

These tulips are gorgeous in purple but this card could be recreated  using tulips any color. Which color would you use?

Belly Rubs Scrapbook Layout by Samantha Mann

Belly Rubs!

Today we sharing a creative sunny scrapbook page by Samantha using some of our brand new products.

For this page layout she used a photo of her sweet kittens and then created sun rays around the left side of the photo using yellow and orange patterned papers from our new Springtime Paper Pad. Behind the phot on the right side she added some blue sky using paint and then little textured paw prints over the top using our new Petite Paw Prints Stencil. She also cut out some clouds using the cloud patterned paper from the Springtime Paper Pad with the cloud die from our Sky Scene Builders Die Set. The little gray heart pattern is from our Love & Meows Paper Pad and gives this layout just a little pop of neutral color to match those gray kitties. Then she added the "belly rubs" title with some 3D letters. How adorable!
