Today Ellen is sharing a fun idea on how to make a home decor piece for the Holidays! She created an adorable scene to go inside a little clock using some of our holiday stamps! She started out with the image of the kitty in a Santa suit along with some mice and a gift from our new Santa Paws Newton Stamp Set. She also stamped the little row of houses and some trees from our Snow Globe Scenes Stamp Set for her scene. She colored them all with copics and cut them out using the coordinating Snow Globe Scenes Die Set and Santa Paws Newton Die Set. Here is a look at what copic color combinations she used:

Once she was done coloring and cutting she created her background, starting with a circle cut to fit inside the clock. She inked the top of it with pink and purple distress inks and then stamped the "happy holidays" sentiment from the new Sentiments of the Season Stamp Set.  She also created some little snowy hills using the Land Borders Die Set.

Then she assembled all the pieces together, adding in some snowy texture too!

What a cute idea! This cute little scene is something you could save and use in your home decor each holiday season!
