Send Cheer on a Rainy Day!
Today we are spreading spring cheer on a rainy day with this adorable card by Tina!
This cheerful spring card features the image of the dachshund wearing a raincoat and carrying an umbrella from our Rainy Day Doxie Stamp Set. She colored the image using alcohol markers, giving the doggie a yellow rain coat and a teal and pink umbrella! So cute! She also stamped the image of the puddle, splash and raindrops and cut them all out using the coordinating Rainy Day Doxie Die Set.
She arranged all the elements into a scene onto a stitched rectangle that was cut out using our Frames & Flags Die Set. She added a bit of blue distress ink blending in the corner for the sky and stamped the sentiment onto the lower right corner. What a fun little rainy day scene!
She added this scene onto her card base, layering it over a piece of yellow floral paper from our new Spring Blooms Paper Pad. Doesn't the yellow adds such a fun and cheerful bit of color to this card?
