Welcome to Shark Week - Day 5!

Today is our LAST shark week post! Hope you have been enjoying the sharky inspiration all week long with our new Shark Bites stamp set? Today we have two more fun shark projects from Kimberly and Yukari !  

First we have a SNAPPY birthday card by Kimberly:

I love the cute little hat she gave the shark from our Shark Bites stamp set (she used the birthday hat from the Fetching Friendship stamp set) It's so cute how Kimberly used a subtle grey pattern  paper to paper pierce the shark! Super fun!

First we have a JAW-some card by Yukari:

I love how Yukari used vellum to make it look like the shark from our Shark Bites stamp set is swimming along with those little fish under water! Such a fun idea! And the embossed "you're JAW-some!" sentiment on the top really gives it a fun finished touch!

Shark Week - Day 2 - Samantha & Danielle

Welcome to Shark Week - Day 2!

We are featuring our new Shark Bites stamp set all week on the NND blog, with two new fun projects each day! Today we have sharky inspiration from Samantha and Danielle!  

First up is this fun Pool Shark Scrapbook page by Samantha:

I love how she used several of the shark images from the new Shark Bites stamp set to create a fun pool-themed scrapbook layout! The addition of the cool blue paint splotches and splatters really make it feel so fun and watery! I love the little "You're JAW-some" on the photo too - such a fun page! 

Next up is this fun card by Danielle:

Danielle created this super fun shark card with the Shark Bites stamp set ! I love the fun wave paper with the circle cut outs she created with the sharky images and sentiments inside them! What a fun way to incorporate all the fun bold images!

Isn't that background so cool? Jess will have a video on her blog showing how she created this so make sure to pop over there and see it. I love how it looks like the two sharks are having a friendly conversation! So cute!

Next we have this awesome shark slider card by Larissa: 

Larissa created a fun scene for her shark using some coral and fish from our Tranquil Tides stamp set too! Isn't it awesome how the bright coral contrasts with the blue water background? Plus I bet it's so fun to play with this card and spin that shark around in the slider!

Shark Week Day 4 - Danielle & Lydia

Welcome to Shark Week - Day 4!

We are featuring our new Shark Bites stamp set  and NEW Shark Bites Die Set all week on the NND blog, with two new fun projects each day! Today we have sharky inspiration from Danielle and Lydia!  

Check out this awesomeness by Danielle: 

She created a super cool shaker card, adding in sequins and die cut shark shapes! That background is perfect for water too - it looks so cool with all the bits of different colors in it! What an amazing card!

Lydia also created an awesome sharky scene:

I love how Lydia contained her shark scene into a circle. It has so much fun detail with the amazing coloring she did on the shark image! The white card base really draws your eye into that scary shark!

Welcome to Shark Week - Day 1!

Isn't this card using the new Shark Bites stamp set so fun? I love how the shark is popping out over the edge of the circle of waves to wish you a "SNAPPY birthday"! This would be a great card to give to a little boy for his birthday!  

Next we have this fun textured card by Jess:

 

Jess created a really fun background with textured waves and then fussy-cut THREE fun sharks from the the new Shark Bites stamp set hanging out together! It's a SHARKY birthday party! Jess has a video on her blog too so make sure to go check out her technique and instructions!

Shark Week Day 1 - Nina-Marie & Crafty Math Chick

Welcome to Shark Week - Day 1!

We are starting up our shark week with this awesome birthday card by Nina-Marie:

Isn't this card by Nina-Marie using the new Shark Bites stamp set so pretty? I love fun water using distress inks! That shark really looks like he's popping out to tell you you're "JAW-some"! 

Next we have this funny shark card by Crafty Math-Chick

Crafty Math-Chick created a really fun scene with some wave paper and added the "FREE HUGS" sentiment. I hope this makes you laugh! I think it's so funny to imagine shark hugs!

Shark Week Day 3 - Samantha & Yukari

Welcome to Shark Week - Day 3!

We are featuring our new Shark Bites stamp set  and NEW Shark Bites Die Set all week on the NND blog, with two new fun projects each day! Today we have sharky inspiration from Yukari and Samantha!  

Yukari created a JAW-some Birthday Card: 

She created such a fun background she created with distress inks! I love the little fish floating in the water and the embossed white waves! The sequins add the perfect finishing sparkle! 

 More awesomeness with Samantha:

 Samantha used watercolors to create a fun background for the shark and also did white embossed waves. I love the black polka dot accents and the sentiment embossed in white on the black really pops!


I love how there are a lot of similarities in how Yukari and Samantha created their cards but achieved a totally different look!

Shark Week Day 2 - Stephanie & Kimberly

Welcome to Shark Week - Day 2!

We are featuring our new Shark Bites stamp set  and NEW Shark Bites Die Set all week on the NND blog, with two new fun projects each day! Today we have sharky inspiration from Stephanie and Kimberly!  

First, we are heading to the beach with this amazing beach scene by Stephanie:

Isn't it so cool how she added the big beach umbrella? It creates such a cute scene - but make sure if you head to this beach that you stay OUT of the water!  I also the fun, summery orange and teal color combo! 

Next is this awesome Snappy Birthday by Kimberly:

I love how Kimberly used the wave die and cut out waves from the blue base. Then she also cut them out some with light blue paper to fill in the negative space. What a fun way to use that die! I definitely wouldn't want to go swimming in this water! Too Many Sharks!!
