October Reveal Day 1 - Holiday Heights Stamp Set, Christmas Tree Line Stencil and TWO Christmas Paper Pads!

Welcome to the first reveal day for our Holiday Release! This month we have a release jam-packed with Christmas themed goodies that are sure to get you in the mood for holiday crafting! We are starting things out by sharing four new products today! First, we are revealing a new stamp set that features tall skinny images of dogs and cats preparing for the holidays! Next, we have a new Tree Line Stencil, this time with a Christmas theme. Finally, we have two new Christmas themed Paper Pads! Holiday Heights

Reach new heights this Holiday season with this adorable design. This 4x6 stamp set features two tall holiday themed images with a cat and dog that are perfect for creating Christmas greetings! Add in the sentiments to create a cute, fun and festive Christmas Card, tag or bookmark! Both images will also fit on the bookmark in our Bookmark Die Set. (Die sets sold separately.)

Christmas Tree Line Stencil

Add rows of Christmas trees to your scenes using this creative stencil! This design includes three rows (solid tree tops, tree trunks and stars, and Christmas decorations) that can be layered to create decorated Christmas trees. Use the etching to align all the parts perfectly. Mix and match by using just two of the rows or all three on your design.

There are 24 sheets of paper, 2 each of 12 different double sided designs, on heavy cardstock with a touch of sheen. The designs will coordinate perfectly with our collection of Christmas and dog themed stamp designs!  If you want cat themed designs, don't forget to check out our previously released Meowy Christmas Paper Pad too!

Happy Howl-oween Card by Larissa Heskett

Happy Howl-oween!

Today Larissa is sharing a fun pair of puppies ready to trick or treat on this Halloween card!

This card features the the duo of doggies from our Happy Howl-oween Stamp Set. She stamped and colored the puppies wearing their Halloween costumes and added bits of sparkle and details with a white gel pen. Then she cut them out using the coordinating Happy Howl-oween Die Set.  

For her card she created a background for the pups to sit on by masking a straight line and ink blending two different colors, one on each side of the masked area. She added lots of black paint splatters and tiny sparkly gems to the background too. The sentiment "Happy Halloween" is from the Halloween Trio Stamp Set.  She framed the white panel with a purple scalloped edge, using the large rectangle die cut from our Frames & Flags Die Set.

Matching Patterned Papers + Stamps! Halloween Cards and Video with Jennifer Jackson

Matching Papers + Stamps!

Hello! Jen here today with a bunch of  Halloween cards that I created using our new Halloween Meows Paper Pad and Halloween Woofs Paper Pad. Did you know that each of these paper pads has patterns in them that coordinate with our stamp sets? That's what I'm going to show you today and there's a video at the end of this post too! 

For my first card today (shown above), I used the stamped image of the Frankenstein kitty from our Franken-Newton Stamp Set with a patterned paper that also features the Frankenstein kitties from our new Halloween Meows Paper Pad! Isn't that fun!? Then I paired it with the diagonal striped paper, also from the Halloween Meows Paper Pad to create a fun two panel patterned background. I cut the black postage edge rectangle using our Framework Die Set and then trimmed the two paper panels to fit inside. The top paper is 3 1/2" wide by 3" tall and the bottom paper is 3 1/2" wide by 1 1/2" tall. 

I also added two circles to hold the sentiment, die cutting them using our Circle Frames Die Set. I cut the kitty image out using the coordinating Franken-Newton Die Set and layered it over the circles and the paper with a bit of dimensional tape. That's it! A fun card that coordinates perfectly! 

I repeated the same card again, this time using the other Frankenstein kitty and his bride from the Franken-Newton Stamp Set:

Isn't it fun how the stamped images match up with the paper patterns?

I created a couple more cards using the same card layout but different stamps and paper patterns. This card duo uses the Newton's Costume Party Stamp Set along with the matching paper from the Halloween Meows Paper Pad:

This time I switched up the colors a bit and used different patterns on the bottoms but it's otherwise exactly the same! The sentiment is also from the Newton's Costume Party Stamp Set and I used the Newton's Costume Party Die Set to cut them out. 

Then I created a third set of cards, this time using the Dress-Up Doxies Stamp Set along with the Halloween Woofs Paper Pad:

Again, I used the same layout, just switched up the colors and paper patterns. The sentiment on this one is from the Happy Howl-oween Stamp Set (which also has a matching paper print in this paper pad), and I cut the images out using the coordinating Dress-Up Doxies Die Set.

Isn't it fun how you can use the mix and match our paper pads and stamp images for quick and easy cards!? There are so many more combos you could create! I hope you'll give this a try!

Trick or Treat Card by Tina Herbeck

Trick or Treat!

Today we are ready to trick or treat with this Halloween treat filled card by Tina! 

For this fun creation, Tina combined several of our favorite Halloween themed products!  She started out by stamping and coloring the kitty from our Trick or Treat Kittens Stamp Set. The way she colored the fur pattern with different colored spots is so cute! She cut this image out using the coordinating Trick or Treat Kittens Die Set. 

Next, she used the big oval image from our Spiderweb Oval Stamp Set, stamping the spiderwebs in black and then ink-blending the inside of the circle in shades of gray and purple. So spooky! She added the sentiment "Trick or treat" into the center of the image, also from the Spiderweb Oval Stamp Set. She cut the image out to give it that fun scalloped edge using our Oval Frames Die Set. She also added a few sparkly purple gem accents!

For the card base she used the patterned papers from our Halloween Meows Paper Pad and Halloween Woofs Paper Pad, choosing a candy filled pattern and a purple striped pattern. Perfect choices to coordinate with the stamped images!

Halloween Kitten Card by Zsofia Molnar

Halloween Kitty!

Today we have a fun Halloween card by Zsofia that that features that cute kitty from our Trick or Treat Kittens Stamp Set! 

She started out by coloring that adorable image of the kitty peeking out of the halloween pumpkin from our Trick or Treat Kittens Stamp Set. The shading on the pumpkin is so pretty and we love the colors on the kitty too! She cut out the kitty image and some images of candies from the same set using the coordinating Trick or Treat Kittens Die Set. Then she mounted the kitty and candies onto a kraft colored tag that was cut out using our Fancy Edges Tag Die Set. She stamped the "Happy Halloween" sentiment above the kitty and added some fun candy corn colored twine for a fun detail!

Here is a close up so you can see all the beautiful details in her coloring:

For the card base she stenciled a panel of pretty pumpkins using our Jack-o'-lantern Stencil Set. This stencil set has three layers: pumpkins, stems and Jack-o'-lantern faces. She only used the pumpkin and stem layers, leaving off the scary faces for a fun pumpkin background! Then she layered a piece of vellum over the pattern to soften the look.

Let it Snow Card by Tatiana Trafimovich

Let it Snow!

It's never too early to get a jump start on Holiday! Today we are sharing an adorable winter scene by Tatiana featuring our  Newton's Curious Christmas Stamp Set. 

Tatiana began by coloring the adorable winter image of the kitty and snowman from the Newton's Curious Christmas Stamp Set in lovely soft colors. She added details with a white gel pen and then fussy cut the image out by hand. If you don't like to fussy cut there is a coordinating Newton's Curious Christmas Die Set available. 

To create this lovely snowy scene card, Tatiana ink blended the background panel using pinks and purples. Next she added snowflakes using our Petite Snow Stencil with a white texture paste along the top of the panel. She also added some crystal glitter drops to add sparkle and dimension to the snowy sky. 

She used our Land Borders Die Set to cut out white hills for the snowy scene. Then she added tiny trees using the images from our Snow Globe Scenes Stamp Set, trimming them out using the coordinating Snow Globe Scenes Die Set.  The "let it snow" sentiment is also from the Snow Globe Scenes Stamp Set.
