NND February Release Day 1 - Winston's Birthday!

February Release Preview!

February Sets - Preview Day!

Today I'm so excited to post a preview of our releases this month! We will be adding three new sets to our collection - and two of them are a BRAND NEW 3" x 4" mini size! Starting tomorrow we're going to showcase these three sets with our whole design team and then both sets will be available for sale on Friday, January 21st!

1. Winston's Birthday!

This is one of our new 3 x 4 mini sized stamp sets!  This set features our bear, Winston, named by our fans last week on facebook! Winston is ready to help you celebrate birthdays! Stop back tomorrow to see the full reveal of this set, along with awesome cards by our design team and guests!

February Release Sneak Peeks!

Are you ready for a peek? 

Today popping onto the blog - unusual for a Sunday but I wanted to give you sneak peeks of the three new sets for January. 

This week we will be featuring previews of these two new sets - starting tomorrow, Tuesday through Thursday we will have one full reveal each day with some really cute cards made by our Design Team and Guest Designers! All three sets will be for sale in the online shop on Friday, February 21st! It's going to be such a fun week! 

February Release Guest Designers

Hello and Happy Valentines Day! I have a very special announcement to make today -  For our February Stamp release we will be having TWO awesome Guest Designers! 

This month we will be joined by Debbie Owens and Chrissie Tobas!  

I am so excited for to have these two ladies join us for the next few weeks! Both these ladies have some awesome card-making skills and I can't wait to see what they create!  They will be helping us with our three new February sets starting next week!

Indy's Designs

Hi!  I'm Debbie, aka Indy in the blogging world. I am so honored and excited to be a guest designer for Newton's Nook Designs.  As a guardian of a very naughty fur baby, Catapult, I completely fell in love with Jen's adorable kitty images and the real Newton!  My first set was Newton's Mischief!  Now, I'm hooked on all her other adorable images!  I grew up in Indiana (hence the nickname my hubby gave me 22 years ago).  As a child, I loved counted cross stitch and painting ceramics.  When I moved to Utah, I met my hubby and his three daughters and was drawn to scrapbooking.  The card making addiction began about 4 years ago when I began blogging. There are so many amazing ideas and projects to see!!!  When not in my craft room, you will find me teaching my third graders, hanging out with my hubby, and playing with my fur baby.

I live in the Chicagoland area with my wonderful husband, son, and daughter (she's my four-year-old crafty partner!). I work full-time as Graphic Designer/Pre-Press Operator at a small print company. I have been involved in some aspect of art my entire life. From oil paints and watercolors as a child, to paper crafting and digital art as an adult, rarely a day has gone by in my life that doesn’t include art.  I started paper crafting several years ago, but I ended up just hoarding supplies and not really completing any projects. A few years ago, I reconnected with an old friend and found out we both enjoyed paper crafting! My love of stamping was rekindled and the rest is history! Trick or Treat!

No, you're not confused - it's not anywhere near Halloween but since we're featuring the bear on facebook this week Valerie thought it would be fun to create this bear card using the "mummy" bear from our Boo Crew Stamp set!  Isn't this card adorable? I just love the layered scallops and all that yummy candy!
