Tulips Birthday Card!
Hello Crafty Friends!! Larissa here today to share a BEAUTIFUL birthday card!! My son requested a card using tulips and I just LOVE the Newton's Nook Tulips Stamp Set so I knew I had to use it for this SPECIAL card!! I always get EXCITED when I get asked to make a SPECIAL card for someone and I hope this card will INSPIRE you!!This card features:
Tulips Stamp Set
Tulips Die Set
Basic Frames Die Set
Newton's Blooms Stamp Set
Green: YG61, YG63 & YG67

Yellow: Y00 & YR23

Then I used the coordinating Tulips Die Set to die cut the tulip images out!! I added some glitter pen for some sparkle and then added some white gel pen highlights!! I used the coordinating Newton's Blooms Die Set and Spring Haul Die Set to die cut the bee images out!! Next, I die cut the card panel from some white cardstock using the Basic Frames Die Set!! I inked with some Salvaged Patina Distress Oxide Ink and then stamped and embossed the "Happy Birthday" sentiment from the Birthday Roundabout Stamp Set!! I stamped with Versa Fine Black Ink and Embossed with WoW Clear Gloss Embossing Powder!! Then I added some Salvaged Patina Distress Spritz Splatters for some sparkle and some Black Soot Distress Paint splatters for some texture!! Next, I die cut a purple cardstock zig-zag Frame from the Frames & Tags Die Set!! I adhered the card panel and then adhered the tulip images using some foam tape for dimension!! I adhered the bee images also with foam tape for dimension and I LOVE the way this turned out!!
THANKS SO MUCH for stopping by today!!
