A "BEARY" cute Christmas Card!
Hello & Happy Friday! I'm always SO glad when it's Friday - and this Friday is even more exciting since I'm packing up to go on a girls "craft" weekend! YAY!
I'm also excited to share this super cute Winston card with you today! I have been having so much fun with watercolor lately. I watercolored this bear with the Christmas tree from our
Winston's Home for Christmas set and then fussy cut him out to add him to the card. To be honest, I wasn't PLANNING on fussy cutting him out but the first time I stamped the sentiment I smudged it so I decided I'd have to cut him out so my image wasn't wasted!! Does that ever happen to anyone else? I added him onto a piece of white cardstock - on which I had
carefully stamped the "have a beary merry christmas" sentiment
without smudging this time! Then I added some lace ribbon and wooden star embellishments! So pretty! And since he's wearing a sweater, I thought it would be appropriate to use this cute sweater paper as a backdrop!
Hope you're inspired to make some Christmas Cards now - that's what I'm going to be doing this weekend! I know you must be
SHOCKED that I haven't finished...um.... or really even
STARTED the bulk of my holiday cards! Yikes!
