Design Team Reveal - Day 3!
Tessa Wise
My name is Tessa Wise and I'm so excited to be part of the Newton's Nook Designs Team! I live in Northern Virginia with my husband Jeremy and two little girls, Zoey and Natalie. I love being a mom and have enjoyed staying home with them for the last few years. They are sweet girls and love to craft, just like their mama! I have always enjoyed arts and crafts but none compare to my love of paper crafts! I love to shop for cute stamps, fun patterned papers, and embellishments I like to use different techniques and also try out different design styles. I share my projects at my blog, ![]()

Newton's Nook Designs
You've already been learning a bit about me over the last few weeks but since I'll be posting lots of projects too I thought I'd add myself onto the "Design Team Reveal" I'm co-owner (with my husband, Jeff) of Newton's Nook Designs and the illustrator of all the stamps in our shop! I also love to create papercrafts! I've been making cards for about 10 years now - and am amazed at how there is always something new to learn! I love learning new techniques and playing with new products! Although cardmaking is my #1 love, I also dabble in scrapbooking and enjoy making "giftable" papercraft items. I am so excited to share my creations with with you - and I hope that soon I will be able to see what all of you create with my designs as well!

Design Team Reveal - Day 2!
Samantha Mann
Hi, I'm Samantha Mann and I couldn't be happier to be part of this team! My husband and I have lived all over the US, from Washington State to Florida, but we're currently in hot, humid, coastal South Carolina! We have two little boys (who I usually call my little menn)! I have always been in love with school supplies (ever since elementary school when i would save my nickels to buy cute pencils or erasers!) and that love just grew and developed into my crazy obsession (read: passion!) of paper crafting! I love making cards and even dabble with the occasional scrapbook layout! I tend to lean towards clean and simple design, but not always! I am all about learning new techniques from fellow crafters! I'm definitely quirky, and love to make playful, humorous sentiments for my cards (and layouts!)! I work full time for an advertising company and spend every other moment I can paper crafting, reading and enjoying the little moments in everyday family life.
Jocelyn Olson
My husband, two sweet kids and I live in South Dakota. I grew up in the Phoenix suburbs, but since high school, I’ve lived all over the country. I’m an avid papercrafter, bright color lover, digi chick, Brady Bunch watcher, non-fiction book reader, and expert Polly Pockets dresser. In my spare time, I work as a freelance consultant for state and Federal education and special education programs. I am also on the CAS-ual Fridays and Paper Smooches SPARKS Design Teams, and I have been fortunate enough to have been published in Paper Crafts Magazine and CARDS Magazine. I’m thrilled to be joining the Newton’s Nook team! I love the whimsy of the stamp designs.

Design Team Reveal - Day 1
We're going to start things out by introducing you to our design team over the next few days! We have five AMAZING ladies who are going to be on our very first Design Team - and I can't wait to tell you about them. I've been following these ladies blogs for some time now and am constantly impressed with all the cool stuff they create! I feel so lucky to have them help us launch our new company!

Hi, I'm Emily! I live in Toronto, Canada, with my husband and our very energetic four-year-old son. I'm a published make-up artist and paper crafter. I've designed for several stamp manufacturers in the industry and I'm thrilled to be joining the inaugural Newton's Nook design team!
