Dog & Cat Bookmarks by Amanda Wilcox

PAWS Here! 

Love to read or know someone who does? These bookmarks by Amanda would be the perfect gift to give a book lover!

To create this fun duo of bookmarks she started by cutting out two bookmarks using our Bookmark Die Set, one from white cardstock and one from lime green. Then she added stars onto both using our  Cascading Stars Stencil.

Next, she stamped the images of the cat and dog on large book stacks from our All Booked Up Stamp Set. She colored the stacks of books in fun bright colors using watercolors. She cut the images out using the coordinating All Booked Up Die Set. Then she assembled the bookmarks, adding different sentiments to each.

Here is a closer look at the dog bookmark:

On this bookmark she added the die cut pawprint and "paws here" sentiment. These are both also included in the Bookmark Die Set. 

Here is another look at the cat bookmark:

On this bookmark she added the sentiment "Not MEOW, I'm reading!" from the All Booked Up Stamp Set. This bookmark would be perfect for a cat lover! 

To complete the bookmarks she simply added ribbons to the tops!

Heart Shaped Puppy Card by Samantha Mann

Heart Shaped Puppy Card! 

Today we are sharing an adorable heart shaped card  by Samantha that is filled with puppies!

Have you ever created a shaped card? Adding a shape gives your card an unexpected custom touch that is sure to surprise and delight the recipient! For this fun heart shaped card Samantha used our Heart Frames Die Set to create the shape. She added ink to the die cut heart and some paw prints using our Petite Paw Prints Stencil. For the fun white frames she used our A2 Card Layout 2 Die Set, cutting it once in white and then again with the heart so that it all aligned perfectly. 

Once the heart layout was complete she added in the puppies. She used our Puppy Friends Stamp Set to stamp these adorable puppy images and then colored them using alcohol markers. She added fun texture to the doggies fur to represent a multicolored fur on an Australian Shepherd dog. So adorable! The images were cut out using the coordinating Puppy Friends Die Set. 

She added the pups to her card along with the sentiment "You make Ruff Days Better" embossed in white. She added a tiny heart, also using our  Heart Frames Die Set with paw prints added using our  Petite Paw Prints Stencil. This adds the perfect pop of color!

BEE Happy Gift Bag by Larissa Heskett

BEE Happy!

Today Larissa has created adorable bee themed gift bag that is perfect sharing a small gift or treat with a friend!

She used our Heartfelt Honeycomb Stamp Set to create this fun custom design. First she heat embossed the heart shaped honeycomb image directly onto the linen fabric bag using a glittery gold embossing powder. 

Next, she embossed the bee image from the Heartfelt Honeycomb Stamp Set with black embossing powder onto paper and added some color to the body and wings with alcohol markers. She cut the image out using the coordinating Heartfelt Honeycomb Die Set and attached it to the little gift bag. 

To finish off the bee themed gift, she stamped the sentiment "BEE happy" from Heartfelt Honeycomb Stamp Set onto a banner that was die cut using our Banner Trio Die Set to create a tag that hangs off the bag. She also die cut a second banner using the Banner Trio Die Set with a piece of yellow gingham paper from our Farmyard Paper Pad. This second tag would be a perfect spot to write a little message or the recipients name.  To finish off this fun little gift she added fun teal and yellow ribbons to the top!

Hello Summer Card by Donna Idlet

Summer Sweets!

Today we are celebrating the sweet days of summer with this yummy card by Donna!

She filled her card with tasty cold summer treats, starting out with the popsicles from our Summer Scoops Stamp Set. She created a whole row of yummy popsicles, coloring them in a bright rainbow of colors and cutting them out using the coordinating Summer Scoops Die Set. Can you imagine what flavors each of these tasty treats represents? 

For her card base, she created a tasty background using the ice cream printed paper from our Summertime Paper Pad. This pretty print pairs perfectly with the stamped ice cream images! She also added a green striped paper behind the popsicles from the same paper pad. 

For the sentiment she used "hello summer" from the Flamingo Oval Stamp Set and embossed it in white onto a black circle (die cut using our Frames Squared Die Set).

What a perfect way to celebrate a summer day!
