Heights of Delights Birthday Card by Diane Morales

Ice Cream Birthday Card by Diane Morales | Newton's Birthday Delights Stamp Set, Summertime Paper Pad and Frame Die Set by Newton's Nook Designs

Heights of Birthday Delights!

This adorable birthday card by Diane will leave you with a craving for ice cream!

She features the cute image of kitties peeking through the scoops of ice cream on a tall ice cream cone from our new Newton's Birthday Delights Stamp Set. She colored the kitty faces gray and then looked at the colors on the papers from our Birthday Meows Paper Pad and colored the ice cream scoops to match the paper! So fun! She cut the image out using the coordinating Newton's Birthday Delights Die Set

For the card, she used our Frames Squared Die Set and cut out a scalloped square for her card base from yellow paper. Then she cut out the rounded square from the same die set twice. Once from white paper and once from the striped paper sheet from our Birthday Meows Paper Pad. She layered these two rectangles together, cutting the striped paper at a diagonal to divide the panel. Then she stamped the sentiment "Heights of delights for your Birthday!" from our Newton's Birthday Delights Stamp Set.  A few matching enamel dots add a finishing pop of color!
