Sweet Treats BLOG HOP!

Sweet Treats Blog Hop | Newton's Nook Designs

Sweet Treats Blog Hop!

The Newton's Nook Designs Team is hopping along today (along with special January guest designer Tracy Gruber) to share some great Sweet Treats - just in time for Valentines day! Make sure you scroll down to the bottom of this post to see the whole list and hop along and comment for a chance to win!

For my stop on this hop I created a fun little trio of chocolate holders:

Ghirardelli treat holders by Jennifer Jackson | Sweetheart Tails Stamp set by Newton's Nook Designs!

I used the cute little animals and saying from the Sweetheart Tails stamp set. I stamped them with black ink on pink cardstock and colored them with colored pencils:

These are really easy to make:
  1. Start with a piece of cardstock that is 3" x 6 1/4"
  2. Score in 2 3/4" from the each edge on the long side
  3. Use a corner rounder to round the corners
  4. Decorate as you like (I added a little tag too)
  5. Add in chocolates with strong tape to the inside. I used Ghirardelli minis in mine.
  6. Use ribbon or twine to close the folder
