Warm Wishes Penguin Card

Warm Wishes Penguin Card using Snow Day Stamp set by Newton's Nook Designs

Snowy Night Skating Scene

Today I'm sharing a card using the cute little penguin from the Snow Day stamp set. I created this fun "night" scene by creating falling snow with some embossing paste and a dotted background stencil on dark blue card stock. Then I stamped two penguins on white card stock, colored them with copics and cut them out. I made the snowy hills by hand cutting a couple curved from white card stock and sponging the edges to give them some dimension. Then I added on the penguins with dimensional dots. I thought it needed a sentiment so I stamped the "warm wishes" from the Snow Day stamp set and made it into a little banner. I also added some sparkly twine around it to add a little bit of extra interest. I am loving this card! So fun for winter!
