More Inspiration with Bunny Hop!

Love No Bunny BUTT You!

Today I'm sharing a couple more cards I made with the Bunny Hop stamp set.  Both of the cards I'm sharing today feature a cute little bunny couple! I stamped the bunny twice with Archival black ink (waterproof) onto watercolor paper and used some watercolors to color in the bunnies! Then I added the sentiment "love no bunny butt you" which makes me smile every time! For this card I made it more of a love themed card - I added in some heart patterned paper and embellished it with some ribbon, twine, pearls and a kraft colored doily! I love how sweet this card turned out. You could use it as a anniversary card or just to send someone you love spring greetings!

For the second card I also used the bunnies from the Bunny Hop stamp set.  I stamped the bunny twice with Archival black ink (waterproof) onto watercolor paper and used some watercolors to color in the bunnies!  Then I masked off the bunnies so that I didn't get paint on them and watercolored the blue sky and green grass. I was using a piece of watercolor paper from a spiral notebook so I left the edge on it - I thought that looked kind of cool.

I used the same sentiment "love no bunny butt you" and then embellished this one with some twine, grey pearls and some a few fun patterned papers.

I hope you enjoyed these bunny "butt" cards today!

  2. Jen! *waving wildly* My sweet friend, mega apologies for having fallen 11 (yes, eleven) posts behind in commenting *hanging head in shame*! I have, however, gazed at, admired and oohed and ahhed over each and every one of your fabulous showcases as they appear in my Feedly. So much to marvel at; so much to lift my spirits, spark ideas, brighten my day. I'm going to stand myself in the corner for a bit, then hopefully, get my act together to stay on top of your creations (blaming my tardiness on new work duties, travel, more travel, more work and overall scatteredness, as I try to adjust to life with a piece missing...). Thank you for understanding and for being such an AMAZING friend! Your watercolouring here is gorgeous and those bunnies take 'adorable' to a whole new level! Bunny butt...hahahahaha! Brilliant!
