Loads of Wishes- 2 ways!

Today I'm sharing one of the first cards I made with the stamp set Wagon of Wishes.   When I designed this stamp set I set I wanted to create something that would be a fun Fall set but would also work for different occasions - so if you are looking for a set that can be versatile around the year this one is definitely one to add to your shopping cart!

Let me show you the full stamp art again so you can see what I mean:

Let's think of how you could use this set

Fill the wagon and choose a sentiment for nearly any occasion!
  • use it with the gifts -- birthday, christmas, wedding
  • use it with the leaves or pumpkins -- birthday, fall hello, thanksgiving,  anniversary, thank you
  • use it with the apples or flower pots -- birthday, hello friend, anniversary, congrats, teacher, thank you

Plus - you can use them all on scrapbook pages about the pumpkin patch, halloween, orchard visits, doing yardwork... so many ideas! I need more time to stamp now!!

Loads of wishes - 2 Ways

Here are two ideas for some inspiration - The first one I made a Fall themed card by using fall colors (with a pop of teal) . I think this would be great for a fall birthday or just to say hello to a friend...

Here's a close-up: I colored the wagon and flowers with Copic Markers and added some embossed paper and patterned paper to make the complete card.

Now a totally different direction - I used the wagon this time in a bright teal color for a birthday card! It's amazing what a difference just changing the color palette makes!  I stamped it in black, colored it with copic markers and cut out the shape with a sizzix die and my big shot. I love how bright and colorful this one is!

Here's a close-up. I added some yellow sequins to the center of the wheels - Isn't that fun?

So what do you think of this set? I think it's going to be lots of fun to work with!
